Excellent service. Business Center, Gym, inside/outside pool with waterslide for kids. Beautiful view from pool towards Lookout Mountain. Delicious breakfast. Clean rooms. Only complain: not enough pool towels during evening. Close to Walmart, restaurants, and strip mall. Average distance (10-15 minutes ) from attractions.

Clean, modern, good breakfast choice and excellent staff on front desk

We were in town to run a marathon and we will stay here again. Close to the city but not too much traffic. Comfortable, friendly. Nice view, close restaurants. Very clean, quiet rooms. Looking forward to my next visit!

Very comfortable would stay again. Convenient location

When we arrived, we were greeted by the staff when asked how he was doing, he replied, Oh, living the dream but the sarcasm could be plainly understood. When we arrived to the room, there were crumbs in one of the two beds in the room and stains on both. The following morning (early), I was awakened by some sort of sound coming from the bathroom (sounded like the pipes were creaking or making noise). The breakfast was ok - they were out of juice and the fruit wasn't fresh, but we couldn't find anyone to get assistance from. When checking out, I was asked how my stay was to which I replied, Eh, ok - apparently the clerk didn't care enough to want me to elaborate or see what could be done to better my visit.

The hotel is very clean and the staff was wonderful. We came in late and they were very accommodating!

We considered staying downtown but opted for Lookout Mountain area instead and I am so glad we did. This hotel has so many positives, I doubt I will remember them all. Some seem trivial but really added to the level of detail in our experience. *Very clean and new decor *Generous size bathroom *Plenty of towels, toilet paper, kleenex *Microwave and mini fridge in the room *Very comfortable beds and pillows (all 8 of them) *Nightlight in bathroom that can be turned off &/or unplugged *Iron worked so well that I want to buy one just like it *Housekeeping came every day and thoroughly cleaned & replenished every day...I really appreciated this because it is often hit or miss with hotels we have stayed at *Plenty of pool towels at the pool *We arrived about 2 hrs before ck in and they let us ck in and switched us to a room that was ready. Really appreciated this. *Plenty of parking, spaces are just steps from entrance and felt very safe, was well lit *Friendly staff It was a tight fit but we did fit a twin blow up bed in our room because there weren't any roll aways available. My only suggestion to the hotel is to offer cartons of milk for sale in the area by front desk where water, sodas, candy, etc is. There is a Wal-Mart literally across the street so wasn't an inconvenience but would have been more convenient to buy at hotel.

Very nice hotel. Clean and well kept. Very nice breakfast included in the rate.

Very clean and updated. Nice views as well. Comfy beds and spacious rooms.

Nice quiet hotel in a good location right next to shopping/ruby falls.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The exterior of the hotel is moderately luxurious and well maintained. The lobby is classy, and the desk guy was very helpful and professional. He even helped me plan out what order to do the three activities we had planned on Lookout Mountain, and his advice was right on. We had a great time. The room itself was very nice, and had everything we needed. The shower was great and the beds were comfortable. We didn't use either of the swimming pools, but they looked great. The breakfast was as good as you would expect from a hotel of this price range. Everything was good. We really enjoyed our time here, and definitely would return next time we are in Chattanooga.

The hotel was nice and clean. The pillows were uncomfortable for our taste, but when that is your biggest issue. You're doing pretty well. Cost is easier to handle since the location is near everything.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Chattanooga/Lookout Mountain for a mini family vacation and it was the perfect hotel for this. The location made for easy access to both the downtown Chattanooga area as well as all of the Lookout Mountain Attractions. The outdoor pool was a real highlight for our daughter as well. We would definitely stay here again

Quality of hotel made the stay a plus. Just be careful trying to find hotel the first time, you might end up on top of LookOut Mountain if you miss the unmarked street entrance.

Driving through on vacation, needed a place to spend the night. The staff was excellent and room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We will use them again on our trip back home.

It was a great stay for families with babies ans toddlers.
