The price was very good, and there is no property any closer to Lookout Mountain than this. 10 min drive to the top. When I see dirt and dust on top of the base boards, I wonder about the rest of the room being clean, more than what meets the eye. The staff was behind a mask, and not friendly. Bed was decent.

Beware of BEDBUGS. I awoke only a couple hours into the night covered in bites and could visibly see the

Small. Nasty, beds sucked and were hard. The hotel needs to just be condemned

Rooms are okay. Never had management that was so bad. They literally tried to lock me and my girl out of our room after they watched us run to the gas station and tell us that we werent stating there when we returned. THEN come banging our door at 2am to THREATEN us because there was resuide from hair dye bleeding out when my girl showered and it was stained... yet i could wipe away the color no issue. STAY AWAY

Close to where we needed to be. Friendly staff. Everything was great but the bed. The bed was too hard for me.

nothing unique,,,,hotel looked like it was recently renovated,,,,,no old smells,,,,,,sheets white and clean!!!!!!!staff was great..front desk Jay was very very nice and lady on duty saturday night and sunday during the day was very nice and able to suggest duck boat rides,,,enjoyed our stay..

The room we had the first night was fine. The second night, the remote for the television didn't work properly and the toilet didn't flush properly.

There were ants everywhere. The beds were uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement. The electric outlets did not work. The breakfast was bagels, bread and donuts. I will not stay there again.

Price & location to downtown was great. Poor excuse of a breakfast bar. Maintenance of plumbing is a question. The toilet water ran all the time. Told front desk before I left.

Great location , very clean helpful staff continental breakfast

Just a very good location, excellent greeting, simple , clean, and to the point if you need to be in this area. Haven’t tried the breakfast yet, but I bet it’s just fine.

The staff here is super friendly and very helpful. The property was very clean. The bed was a little firm for my liking. Other than that I would recommend this place. Has been I came up from Georgia for the night. And for the price this place was great for a one-nighter.

Room was clean. Amenities are a bit lacking, but for the price point it was fine.

The recently renovated room was enjoyable. The room for 1 person was very reasonably priced. Plenty of outlets. The ergonomics of the table and 2 chairs need to be rethought. Spacious it is not. But for the low rate, only a problem for 3+ lodgers.
