LOCATION! Private parking at the HEART OF DOWNTOWN! Self-check-in with the entry code. The NOOGA ABNB is a 2022 new modern townhome half the block off Main Street in Chattanooga's popular Southside neighborhood. The condo is within walking distance of Chattanooga's best restaurants, nightlife, Choo Choo, & venues. There is a mix of old historical and new modern buildings, numerous restaurants, and coffee shops for any taste or preference. The patio is my favorite place to observe the ancient and modern parts of the city. A fully furnished townhome has comfort and the luxury of 100% Mulberry-filled silk pillows and comforters, exceptional cleanliness, and the privacy of your place. The downtown area could have some outside noise. Bedrooms have total blackout and noise cancellation curtains and a white noise machine for comfortable rest. All sheets on the bed are 100% cotton. The comforters are inside the duvets. All beddings get washed on a sanitized cycle to ensure that all bed surfaces are clean and washed before your arrival. At my condo, you could relax and be worry-free that someone else set on the top of your bed before. It is only you. The property is perfect for singles, families, couples, & business travelers.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

This was by far the best VRBO experience we have had. Starting with the host, Irina, the communication was excellent throughout the visit. The place was VERY clean and well organized. It was perfect for me and my wife. The location was perfect for walking or riding bikes...we did both. There is so much to do and see within a short walk. I only drove my truck once during the stay to go to Lookout Mtn. The rooftop was a great ammenity that we used a lot! Some reviewers complained of the music close by at night. While we hear mild thumping, we were not disturbed at all. The host does provide noise makers and earplugs if you need them. I only have good things to say about this property. We weill certainly stay here in our next trip!

Immaculate property!

Had a great stay in Chattanooga. Lots of bars and restaurants close by and convenient to downtown. Loud music at night from one of the bars but it didn’t bother us with the floor fan going. Nice to stay somewhere that the owner takes such good care of. We would definitely stay here again. Shower is a bit small and the cookware could use updating - everything else is perfect. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, nice place. The King bed was very comfy as well as the couch and love seat. Its within walking distance to quit a few good restaurants and easy to get in and out of. Easy to get back out to the main highway. Our host Irina was very nice and very professional. Would definitely book again if we get back Chattanooga!

Mother’s Day Getaway

Great Southside location

We stayed here for a week to visit our son and new granddaughter. Check in was very smooth I was texted the code for the door on the day of arrival and it worked just fine. Very comfortable and clean place to stay and it had everything we needed. We didn’t cook while we were there but it looked to have plenty of pots and pans if you wanted to. You didn’t have a dining table so eating was on a couch with TV trays which we had zero problem with. It has a coffee pot ( only makes full pots not like a Keurig), a pot to boil water for tea and a toaster. This is in a great location in southside. You can walk to a huge amount of restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc.. there was a parking space provided so that was nice as well. The only drawback is there is a bar across the paid parking lot behind the building and on Friday and Saturday nights you can hear the base from the DJ’s music. Now with that being said it is not loud enough that you can’t hear your TV and it wasn’t loud enough to keep us awake at night either but if you are sensitive to it then just know it happens. To put it in perspective people talking outside the building, cars and normal downtown sounds were louder than the music so it shouldn’t be a problem. We are 60 seniors and we would stay here again.
