Like: Convenient location. Price is reasonable Didn't like: Property/Facility is too old. Rusty iron board and refrigerator. Breakast was not refilled promptly
The room was clean and comfortable. The noise level from outside was higher than I would like and the most disappointing was the food served at breakfast. No fresh fruit, no yogurt, no eggs. Needs improvement.
Parking was difficult due to the lot being repaved. The surrounding area isn't the most attractive but the property itself was well-maintained and the room was clean and comfortable.
The rooms are clean and updated which was really nice, however this is not the place to stay if you work nights and sleep during the day. I am a night shift nurse and getting enough sleep is crucial. I can be dangerous and put lives at risk to go into work tired. This hotel insists on cleaning the room every other day with no exceptions. The cleaning crew does not arrive until after I've gone to bed in the morning and they are gone before I wake up. That means in order to accommodate their schedule, I end up going to work after only 3-4 hours of sleep. This is very dangerous when working 3 to 4 nights in a row. I wish this hotel was more accommodating to their paying guests.

When we arrived we had to wait around because no one was at the desk. Once inside the room, it was disgusting. The towels were not folded and looked they they were used. There was urine all over the floor in the bathroom and long strand of hair all over the place. The ac was not working properly. I needed the ironing board and it was filthy. I will never stay at another Red Roof in. They have ruined my stay from here on out.
Walls and ceilings were very thin and not well sound proofed . As such we could everything coming from above or around our room.
The area is convenient. When we checked in there was no toiletries so I had to stop by teh fonr tdesk to pick up.
Breakfast has no yogurt or meat items. room had no lotion. blinds did not close completely. Some power sockets did not work.
Kinda know what you’re getting at a Red Roof inn. This one was above average due to new remodeling and limited continental breakfast
I liked that the property was very clean, but t was a jam packed holiday week of travelers.
Friendly staff, clean room. Though property is undergoing renovations current rooms were clean but show age.

Sorry to hear you were not happy with your stated. We will work on getting better. We will also ask guest if they work night we will make some different arrangements for them . Sorry for the trouble.
