Convenient to everything. A beautiful neighborhood with mature trees, sidewalks, and many parks and trails nearby. A fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Tell us what you need ahead of time and we'll make sure all your accommodation needs are met! Locally owned so there's never a problem with communication and any issues that come up can be dealt with promptly. We loved this property! It was exactly as advertised, clean, quiet, pet friendly, and perfect for our group of five and our pup. As stated in the description, it is convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We definitely felt we were staying in a “home” as opposed to the typical run of the mill rental. To that point, we were so lucky to stay while the azaleas and various wildflowers were in bloom. You can feel the labor of love here, inside and out. This is a wonderful home to stay in and it’s in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

We stayed here on a business trip. Its in a quiet neighborhood and the house id very comfortable, but the host is amazing! She really goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. She provided espresso and snacks and had a good taste of Italy in the home. Its convenient to downtown Charlottesville and qas the perfect place for the week.
