Elizabeth Bungalow, Fenced Yard, Fireplaces, Grill

This amazing Elizabeth 3-Bedroom 2-Bathroom bungalow was completely redone in 2021 by professional design firm Studio3B to embrace the Elizabeth/Uptown lifestyle while bringing life (and creativity) to this original 1920’s bungalow. All of the modern amenities abound in this luxury home from custom quartz countertops in the new kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and Roku Smart TVs throughout.

The living room boasts a unique style, centered around the original (non-functioning) fireplace, with ample seating for the entire family. The dining room, featuring an elegant papered ceiling, comfortably seats eight—perfect for hosting memorable family dinners. The modernized kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to craft your favorite meals (guests are encouraged to bring their preferred spices and extras).

The secondary living space provides flexibility, whether you’re setting up for a work video call or relaxing at the bar countertop while chatting with the family cooks. Adjacent to this space is the screened-in porch with a cozy gas-burning fireplace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in comfort.

The master bedroom suite is a stunning retreat, featuring designer touches from Studio3B Interiors. The king-size green velvet bed and curated local artwork create a space that’s both luxurious and inviting. The suite also includes a spacious walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom complete with his-and-her vanities, a Clawfoot tub, and a large walk-in shower. The pass-thru fireplace to the screened-in porch brings in serene outdoor views and sets the ambiance for a relaxing evening.

The second bedroom offers a plush queen bed with a memory foam mattress and a cozy seating area, ideal for curling up with a good book. The third bedroom also features a queen bed and includes a dedicated desk and workspace, perfect for those needing to stay productive. Both bedrooms feature ample closet space and share a second full bathroom, featuring stylish shiplap siding and a single large vanity.

Outside, the home continues to impress with a spacious outdoor kitchen and seating area, complemented by a beautifully maintained lawn and landscaped mulch beds, making it perfect for pets.

The property also offers ultra-fast WiFi throughout, smart-lock access for your security, and all the thoughtful details to ensure a seamless and luxurious stay.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Great property near everything we needed to do. Very clean, comfortable beds and safe area. A/C worked very well which was needed and appreciated during our stay. The walk or run around Independence Park is worth it.

Austin was very responsive with our questions about the area and house. The house and location were perfect for our family; we were able to cheer on our swimmer downtown at the MAC, walk to coffee/breakfast, and dinner.

Attractive and clean house. Had to contact owner to be let in, code wasn't working as he said it would. We never got hot water in the main shower, but otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.
