Last minute booking, but I’ve stayed at Choice hotels before. Front desk lady was nice enough, but the first bad sign was the elevator situation. O my one was working, and it was slooooooooow. Took at least 4 minutes to finally make it down to the lobby. Once I got in the room, I noticed a broken curtain rod had been laid on the desk, so THEY knew it was broken, but didn’t bother to fix it. The bathroom? There was a hairball under the sink, and the toilet paper holder was broken and disgustingly rusted. Sat on the couch in the room and it was like sitting on cardboard boxes. Woke up around 6:30am to use the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Called down to the front desk and was told that I had to come to the lobby to get the plunger and fix it myself. Seriously? So here I go, waiting for the slow elevator at 6:30 am to fix a problem that their staff should be taking care of. Once I fixed it, had to wait another eternity to take it back down. No issues the rest of the stay..it’s just a very outdated hotel that does serve its purpose.

Overall okay for a night.room was standard. Breakfast was very lacking. One elevator was broken an after waiting 4 minutes the door opens for the guest and housekeeping. Even though there was 4 guest waiting the housekeeper jumped in. Had to wait another few minutes. The other guest actually went to the front desk.

I was there three days and I asked for the floor to be vacuumed and for my bed to be made with the linen changed. When I came back to the room nothing was done and there was linen on top of the bed. I went and asked the housekeeper what happened and she stay there that that's all she can do when I spoke to her manager the manager of his nasty and offsetting stating that they don't have to make beds and continue to disrespect me over the phone when I went to the front desk the front desk said that she was a different department but had the right to handle things however she chose to handle them there was no accountability at all. According to the front desk afterwards got the housekeeping manager called the GM and expected us to be put out of the hotel all because I complained about getting my bed made. No attitude, no back and forth, just a question. The front desks let me know this happens all the time and there was nothing we could do about it which I thought was crazy. It seemed like the front desk staff were all scared of the housekeeping manager and didn't want to tell her to her face that she was wrong although telling me that she was. It was probably the worst experience that I've ever had. I needed to book two more days and when I want to go book the two days I was told I was unable to book the two days because the housekeeping manager didn't want us there. That added insult to injury. I would not stay there if you expect normal housekeeping and for your bed linen to.
