Perfect for our weekend stay! This charming home had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family. Great location due to short distance to restaurants, shops, and downtown. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!!

The host was very attentive gave clear and simple information for our families stay. The entire family absolutely adored the Charm of this house. Very welcoming and definitely stands up to its name. We appreciate all the home had to offer our large family. We will definitely be looking to stay there again on our future vacations.

This is a nice location if you want to be close to the restaurant options, grocery store and boutique shops at Park Road Shopping Center. Also close to Uptown, Southpark And South End. House is dated (especially the bathrooms) but was still clean. Kitchen was more updated but could have been more fully stocked. (Only dinner plates, no smaller plates and also no dish or kitchen towels at all although a small amount of paper towels were provided. We also ran out the hot water a couple of times so a second hot water heater should be added to support this many bathrooms/beds. Outdoor furniture very dated and mismatched.

We ran out of hot water in shower after 4-5 minutes. The refrigerator didn't feel cold - we put a digital thermometer in it and it registered 51 degrees. To keep food safe it is supposed to be less than 40. I reported these things and they came out and said the hot water heater was set on moderate, so they turned it up. Ok, why was it onModerate to begin with? They said they turned the refrigerator to the coldest setting but it did not get any colder. We ended up throwing away 309 worth of food. The washing machine washed our clothes in hot water when we selected the cold cycle. To top it all off, the door code inexplicably stopped working midway through our stay, locking us out in the cold while we waited for it to be reset. Overall a really poor experience.

Check-in was delayed due to no WiFi and door code not working due to severe storm in the area but there was a backup key. Once WiFi was restored then it was fine. Communication with manager to understand and resolve the issue was immediate and prompt which was very helpful. Light bulbs in kitchen ceilings were initially out but once we let the manager know they were replaced the same day.

2nd time around

This was our 2nd time staying the in the last few weeks. 5 men who worked all day and came back to a beautiful house to kick back and relax. Everyone had their own bedroom with plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked to cook a meal. Will be back again.

The house was beautiful, clean and very spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook a nice meal together. The backyard was well kept with plenty of privacy. I am hoping to rebook again when we go back.

Location location location

This house was minutes from the airport - literally on the same street and not in the flight path. Steps from shopping and dining. House was humid, beds were ok, tiny showers in two of the bathrooms, great kitchen and plenty of seating for all. Enjoyed our stay!

Family Stay

Our stay was exactly what we needed for our family group that was in town for a wedding. We really enjoyed time with family and the opportunity for all different age levels of our extended family to stay together. We were pretty much 15 minutes from everything for the 5 days we were there. The property manager was super responsive to come fix the front porch light as well as bring us some hangers that we all needed to hang up suits and dresses. He was so friendly! The kitchen looks to be newly renovated and had all that we needed. Additionally it was fabulous to have three bathrooms, plenty of parking, and multiple places to relax and visit with family.

Senior Day Celebration

This property was perfect to help celebrate my son's senior day celebration at Queen's University in Charlotte, allowing for a large group of us to stay, visit, and have dinner together. The house was clean and had ample space to prepare a large dinner together. The yard and green space is great to play games and relax. Although on a busy road, the house is set a distance back making it private and safe. We would recommend this property to friends and family looking for a large space to celebrate together in a fabulous location.
