Loved our stay

Such a unique type of stay with great amenities on site like a fantastic restaurant and bar open late. The surrounding landscapers absolutely beautiful.

We love the Inn at Middleton Place!!

Since wanting to visit TIaMP when it was built in 1987we were fortunate enough to visit last week. We stayed in Rutledge, which is a bit away from the main lodge, very secluded and lovely. Courteous staff, low-key vibe, wonderful.

The room wqas simple and relaxing. We loved the floor-to-ceiling shutters

Very nice

Gorgeous unique setting, including the room. Walking to Middleton Place for dinner was a special treat. Breakfast was mediocre. Everything else was great

Enjoyed staying there. Lovely surroundings.

The staff at the property were all consistently nice and friendly. We had an issue with a musty smell in our room, which they remedied by changing our room. The grounds are beautiful and conveniently located to Middleton Place. The property is older and in need of TLC and updating. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay. We would pick a different building next time with a better view. We definitely will be back. The restaurant was nice for dinner and we had a picnic lunch from the market in the gardrdns. Enjoyed the happy hour. Loved all the trails and unique seatings and photo ops. A romantic weekend for sure. Next time the carriage ride. Room was nice but shower was tricky and tv for late eve or early am Small with not enough stations. Everyone friendly

Great access to Middleton Place and near seclusion. The staff that operate the inn welcomed us warmly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay there again.

I love the location and their natural surroundings.

I liked the property overall. Was disappointed in the cleanliness and lack of updated bathtub. I had high hopes of using the tub but did not look loke anything i would sit in. Continental breakfast was also the worst I've ever experienced...no variety of choices, coffe was horrible

This hotel is out of this world. It is about 20-30 minutes outside of Charleston so if you are looking to be in the heart of Charleston this is not the place for you, but if you want to be outside of the city a bit it is incredible! The grounds alone are stunning with beautiful trees everywhere. The rooms are equally stunning with floor to ceiling windows and a wonderful blend of modern and rustic. The bathtub is literally to die for and the beds, fireplace, bathroom, and other furnishings are incredible. You get continental breakfast with your stay as well as free admittance to the Middleton Place gardens which are stupidly beautiful and worth a walk through. All for a very reasonable price. I would stay here again in a heartbeat there is literally no where else in the Charleston area that you should stay.

This was a nostalgic revisit after 23 years. The obvious changes eg 24 hr availability of a staff member were welcome. The room was excellent. The breakfast was good. The only niggles were our inability to connect to the guest WiFi and a slightly faulty faucet/shower valve. Staff were terrific.

Absolutely beautiful property. Very nice rooms. Somebody had some really loud dogs above us, but other than that - it was incredibly peaceful.
