This listing is combined of two traditional style Charleston row homes with great outdoor space. The two homes are directly beside each other and have their own separate entrances. Each home has plenty of space to all gather together may it be inside or outside.

190 St. Philip Street - The main floor has an open living room adjoining the bright kitchen complete with open shelving and a custom banquet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with king beds, each with their own ensuite. Just off the front porch is an open patio.

192 St. Philip Street - The main floor has an open living room, dining, kitchen, one bedroom with ensuite, and a half bath. Upstairs boast one bedroom with a king bed and ensuite, and another bedroom with two queen beds and an ensuite. Just off the front porch is an open patio.

These homes are in a wonderful location just steps to Baba's on Cannon, local eateries, and multiple local boutiques. Within a thirty-minute walk you can visit the Battery, Charleston s Open-Air Market, King Street s finest shops, and dine in any of downtowns astounding restaurants.
