Perfect Stay
Where to begin, we stayed 3 nights at the Palm. The pictures are exactly as shown. The beds, linens and furniture is higher end goods. The kitchen is very well appointed. The outdoor space is amazing. We sat outside each night and the decorative lighting and comfortable furniture set the ambiance. Each and every time we reached out to Tom and Hannah they responded and even checked on us during our stay. Truly the apartment and building is amazing. It was very quiet at night to be so close to King Street. Book your stay you will Not be disappointed.

Beautiful property
We had some difficulties with the first property we rented from Tom and Hannah, but they worked with us to resolve it and were able to place us in another property they had. Both properties were decorated beautifully and in great locations. Hosts were very responsive and communicated quickly, their property manager Danny was wonderful.

Beautiful, comfortable home with included parking!
I traveled with my sixteen year-old granddaughter, and the two of us had an amazing stay. The description of the property is as exactly as shown, and the communication with the host was outstanding. No details forgotten in the personalized app for the home and location. Endless opportunities to shop and eat out, and DoorDash delivered one evening when we were too exhausted from our daytime fun to leave the home again.
Very short drive from the airport, and less than an hour drive to the beaches. Also less than an hour drive to Cypress Gardens and the swamp that was used for the filming of the movie “The Notebook”. (That was absolutely gorgeous and not difficult for us to row a small boat through the area. Definitely recommend taking the time to do this.)
I have zero complaints and can not wait to return. I’m actually already planning on a trip back soon with my husband since I’ve already convinced him to build me the gorgeous swing located in the property’s courtyard.
Thank you so much Tom and Hannah for sharing your home with me so I could make memories to last a lifetime with my granddaughter. As a hospice nurse, I know life is short, and sometimes you need to seek out the best. Your home is the best, and I’m so grateful for your accommodations.

Beautiful Property Great Location
The Palms is a beautiful house with an amazing patio courtyard. It would be absolutely perfect for a large family gathering if all 3 units were rented at the same time. We stayed upstairs in apartment C. Everything was top notch from the furniture, bedding and flooring. One word of warning: the stairs are steep in apartment C. So I would imagine it would be the same in apartment B. To get to the upstairs units you have to go up a beautiful set of outdoor stairs to a second floor porch. The porch overlooks the patio courtyard. Directly inside the door of apartment C is a nice galley kitchen. The living room and a 1/2 bath are on the other side kitchen wall. FYI, the only TV is in the living room. The two bedrooms, and Jack n Jill full bath are located on the third floor, up a steep set of steps. The beds were both EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. This property is located in the UK area of Charleston. Upper King. If you are not familiar with Charleston, this is the best part of the city (IMHO) with a large concentration of great restaurants and bars. Overall, this property is a solid 9/10 and I highly recommend it. Unless you or your guests have problems with steps. Enjoy!

We absolutely loved The Palms. Perfect location. Easy 2 minute walk to amazing restaurants. Porches were so comfortable to relax on. The inside decor was so cute. Everything was SPOTLESS. Very clean. The mattresses were like clouds. We would 100% recommend staying here!

Best place to stay in Charleston!!
We had a wonderful stay at The Palms! The courtyard was amazing and so welcoming. We loved spending our evening on the patio enjoying a glass of wine after a day exploring the city. The inside was beautiful and well decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. We had fun using the record player! The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the included morning coffee supplies. The location can't be beat! It was so convenient to walk to the restaurants and shopping of King St. Hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here next time we visit Charleston!
