Just off the main living area, there is one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a laundry closet down the hallway. The second floor has three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a coffee bar station on the second floor with a charming balcony perfect for morning coffee. East 204 sleeps eight guests and has one designated parking space. The home is located in the desired Cannonbourough/Elliotbourough neighborhood where you will find local coffee shops, eateries, and boutiques.

The house was prefect for 7 adults. The seating area was snug but we made it work. The eating nook was great. There were shops and restaurants near by and Ubering around Charleston is easy. Would definitely recommend this house.

We were in town for a wedding - although the wedding was on a golf course in Mt Pleasant we wanted to stay in town so that it would be walking distance and everyone could do what they wanted we’re not doing the wedding thing. This place was perfect. You can walk to big bad breakfast. You could walk to the pastry shop down the road in the morning you could walk to King Street one block over it was perfect. The four bedrooms really give you a lot of room and you get your own parking spot it’s perfect.
