We had a fabulous girls trip in Charleston and can’t wait to come back! The house suited our group of 7 perfectly with everyone having their own bed. The house was clean and we loved staying in an historic home. Just to know, to get to two of the bedrooms you have to walk through a bedroom. The walls and windows are thin and the houses are very close so you do hear a lot of noise. But, it was a great location, the living room made a wonderful gathering spot for talks and games and loved having a parking spot!

Good communication and welcome. The house had enough space for all of us. It is a historic house so that comes with some quirks, but also a lot of charm!

This is a lovely home in a great location. Communication with the property manager was easy with super-fast responses. We greatly appreciate the pet-friendly policy too. The kitchen is adequate for simple meals. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Two parking spaces are provided; additional paid garage parking is nearby, or you can find free residential neighborhood parking starting about 4-5 blocks away. Thanks for a super place for special family time!

We rented the house to spend a few days with our families and to do some shopping and sightseeing. It was large enough that everyone either had their own bed or shared a bed. We liked the fact that paper product, personal care products and coffee supplies were all furnished. Unfortunately we had three families which meant three cars and only two spaces were provided which meant paying for a garage space. We also felt the walk to restaurants were farther than discerned. Over all we enjoyed this house.

Location was great. It is a 10minute walk to King Street. Cute coffee shops near by. There were seven women in our group and we all hit our own bed. It’s an old house and it shows some wear.

Girls trip with 7 friends
Great place for a group of 7 gals! Beds are comfy. Bathrooms were adequate. We did not cook at all. Kitchen is pretty small with no dishwasher. But with all the fabulous restaurants no one even wanted to cook!!! Living area with the big sofa was wonderful and sat all 7 of us comfortably. Would rent again.

A few things we wish we knew
Good overall experience but definitely wish we knew more before booking. Example the listing says oven. What it should say is toaster oven (esp for those of us staying over Thanksgiving who thought we might cook something). We also wish it would have been noted that the guests staying in the rooms with two queen beds had to walk through the bedrooms with single queen beds to come and go, and both of those rooms shared the bathroom in the one queen bed room. A little awkward when there’s 3 adult families sharing this property. And not to mention on the second floor there’s no door separating those two bedrooms at all.
I understand that some rental properties aren’t loaded with extras but I’ve never rented a place that didn’t have simple things like salt & pepper, or tissues. Besides the above mentioned growing pains it was a good location and smooth experience overall.

Charleston Trip
We stayed at the property for a bachelorette trip. We chose it because of the living room and the large couch.
The location was good. It’s about a 20-30 minute flat walk to the market or a short Uber ride.

Cute Charleston house
The house was super nice and plenty of room for my entire trip. Super cute decor and charm, loved how each room was different! Plenty of bathrooms for our my stay! Only minor issue was freezer couldn’t keep up with the heat, ice was a little melted and the maker didn’t work. The washer and dryer left a couple marks on the clothes we washed but I believe it just needs a thorough cleaning as it’s a little older washer unit. Other than that, our stay was amazing! Would love to come back again with my family!

The freezer doesn’t freeze. We found out the next morning when we realized our 3 ice packs had defrosted completely.
