I would definitely stay again! Location to King St. was an easy walk. Once we arrived, our car was not needed. The street noise mentioned in the descriptions did not disturb us at all. The home is designed for casual dining with only kitchen bar seating or a small table. Bedrooms and private bathrooms were a big plus. Home was very clean and offered all the amenities needed for an extended stay.

The property manager was easy to work with, responsive, and very helpful. The place is beautiful and the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. My only suggestion would be to update the rugs in the kitchen and living room, along with the furniture in the living room.

Great place in Charleston!

Truly the easiest experience! Check in process was seamless, and we didn’t need a thing. Host was responsive and informative. My friends and I had a great time here, as it is super walkable to many hot spots right on King Street!

Things they don’t tell you.

I would probably stay at this property but there are things they don’t tell you. The property is located between two major highways. Quite loud. There is also so much street lights you really don’t have to turn the lights on at night. The property itself is great but you compete with 3 other homes for the park shown in the photos. Parking is a major issue and I had to call the concierge on two occasions because there was no parking.

Beautiful renovations of property with excellent kitchen appliances. The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Took me an hour to decide which room I wanted to sleep in; they were all very nice. The house provided enough room to entertain family guests for lunch. There was even an outside covered patio with furniture and a fireplace to relax on. The most comfortable weekend I spent in Charleston yet. The only issue was the parking… upstairs guest threw a tantrum about parking, though they were parked in the incorrect spot when I arrived. My dinner was interrupted because I’m assuming they wanted they entire area to park in. I was inundated with texts and pictures about being parked “tandem” , which my guest and I were. The only issue was I was parked on the right-side of the driveway because when I arrived, Unit B was parked on the left-side. So Unit B threw a tantrum about parking later that evening. We left dinner early to move our cars to the left-side to appease Unit B; only in vain because they decided not to park in the driveway for the duration of our trip. It took him/them a while to settle-down from the trantum… I could him hard-loud footsteps pacing back-n-forth until early in the morning. The only annoying issue with the stay.

Clean, close to downtown, great for a bachelorette!

This house was so clean and nice inside. 6 of us staying there didn’t feel cramped at all and it made a great space for a bachelorette party! I will say, if you plan to cook in this probably isn’t the right spot for you because the smoke detectors are VERY sensitive. But we didn’t cook much so it wasn’t a big deal for us!

Beautiful place. Beds super comfortable. Front bedroom close to highway traffic so some noise. Kitchen well stocked with dishes. 15-20 minute walk to king St. Nice driveway and nice gazebo out back. Would have liked tissues and more coffe with 6 people. Overall would use again.

This property was beautifully updated and decorated. As advertised, the overnight traffic gets noisy due to its urban location. We used sound machine apps and ear plugs. If you are flexible on that aspect, this is a wonderful property and location for your stay! Management is top notch and the place is fabulous! We loved how each bedroom had a bathroom. Very helpful!

Noisy location

The place was beautiful. It was so well decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. Each guest had their own bathroom which was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. Coffee and cream was waiting for our arrival.. this was all very nice. The noise was a problem. The highway runs literally through the back yard and a busy road runs in front of the unit as well. There was a beautiful area to sit outside but it was hard to hear each other talk with the cars racing by. We woke up 3:30/4:00 am each morning with trucks driving by. Noise machines in each bedroom could help significantly. It would also be nice to have a bureau or some kind of furniture to lay out clothing and belongings.

Close to everything on King St

He house is well maintained and very clean. Once we parked, we didn't take the car out and instead we walked everywhere - so convenient! It is located near a major road with some traffic even at night, but we adjusted to the noise within one night.

Beautiful place, great price, a little noisy

This place is brand new, well appointed. Beds are comfortable and all other features are well done. The only issue is that it is located between two very busy roads, but with a noise app, you can overcome much of it. The price reflects that one downside, and i enjoyed the location. It is a short walk to a great coffee shop too!
