Everything was as advertised. A beautiful and charming home in the heart of Charleston. Perfect for walking to a wide variety of restaurants and activities. Great communication from the host throughout our stay.

Sisterhood Reconnect

My line siters of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority decided to getaway for a Girls weekend and we selected the Brook Haven which was PERFECT for our event. It was very spacious and the personal bathrooms were an added bonus. I highly recommend this home for any other girls weekends.

Beautifully renovated Charleston home

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Each couple had their own private bath. There is a lovely balcony off the second floor. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and had nice linens.

The house was perfect for our family. We loved the convenience of each bedroom having its own bathroom. We appreciated that there was space to gather as well as spaces to allow more privacy. The kitchen was well appointed with all the cooking and serveware we needed. Our only complaint was the small allotment of kitchen supplies such as dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. A large group staying 4 nights will need to run the dishwasher more than twice. It was an inconvenience to either have to ask for more or go buy our own. The home was clean and conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants. King Street was only about a 15 minute walk from the home.

Great House

This was a Great House in a really nice and convenient area. Loved the house and amenities.The were several little things about the stay that were a bit of a bummer, there was very minimal supplies. After spending 12k a week we were a little bummed to not be given enough dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper etc. We did ask and were given a couple more things but we ended up just going to the grocery store to buy supplies which was disappointing for the nice level of this house, and not what we want to do on vacation.

Really great house!

This house was perfect for our girls getaway trip; the kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook, the beds were comfy, there were plenty of pillows, towels and blankets and everything we needed. We walked nearly everywhere so the location was great and the host was SO helpful and replied quickly to all of our questions. My only suggestion would be to have someplace to put clothes in the rooms and toiletries in the bathrooms that didn't have vanities; the sound machines were helpful at night when it was a bit noisy also but really it was a great house and we would come back!

Graduation Weekend

Brookhaven was the perfect home base for our son’s college graduation weekend. The location is walkable to King Street shops and restaurants and convenient to everything Charleston has to offer. There was plenty of space for our group to gather together and everyone really appreciated the well appointed en-suite bedrooms/bathroom. We will definitely be returning!

The home was absolutely GORGEOUS. It was welcoming and warm. Gave everyone a bit of privacy but with the great room we had time to fellowship as a whole group. The colors were warm and inviting.

Made our trip!

We had a group of 11 people who came from various places around the country to meet in Charleston to celebrate my birthday. This house was everything! So clean, beautiful, accommodating all in a great neighborhood! We loved that every room had its own bathroom; this made getting ready as a group so much easier. Loved this place and location to many area attractions and activities. Didn’t want to leave!

Exceeds expectations!

My family and I work in construction and we absolutely loved this property. Everything was above average! The only annoying part was that there was construction on the street all week and the house directly next door started construction work at 7am each day. The smaller downstairs bedroom facing the street and the bedroom above it heard every single thing all night long. But it comes with the territory. Walking to King St. was a breeze and the location is walkable to numerous boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants. Everything was amazing. A great vacation!

Spacious and comfortable house

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very spacious (and the bedrooms spread out), the management company was very responsive to any inquiry and the neighborhood has a lot of great shops/restaurants. The road noise on Cannon is noticeable during the day, but it was pretty quiet at night (I have stayed in other homes closer to King in the past and it would get pretty noisy at night).

Wonderful!

The property was really beautiful. It was thoughtfully accommodating with all the amenities of home. Although we did not need to cook any dinners we surely could have. The layout was great with our large family of 10 plus 2 16 month olds. It never felt crowded. The link for Baby Away for pack and plays and playpen were so helpful. Bag Valet was a nice service offered for our family members that were arriving before our check in time. The home is nicely appointed, conveniently located to King Street and local eateries. We recommend Bad Bunnies for coffee and pastries, Fuel Cantina for a casual dinner and delicious bagels at Holey City Bagels. We would definitely come back to this lovely property.

Beautiful House

House was lovely, clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Only complaint we had was that two of the bedrooms didn’t have closets, dressers or even hooks on the wall. Tough to live out of a suitcase for a week.
