Staff members Precious and Star went above and beyond to help make my stay nice during their property management change

I have photos of the room. It wasn’t cleaned properly. The drawer was very dusty. The floor especially at the windows had a lot of dirt. We had 1 toilet paper, no Shampoo, no body wash no conditioner, the dispenser in the shower were completely empty. The window needs a good cleaning also, you can’t see outside too well because it’s dirty. When asking g for items you have to call front desk and the place you on hold so they can call a different department or they just hang up on you. The gentleman that checked us on was very nice to us. The guy in the restaurant in the morning during breakfast so nice.

Nice room, gorgeous city views. Small bathroom but no complaints!

Great property, clean rooms, good size in the Junior suite. 2 largest malls in the city are within 2-3 blocks. Good restaurants in walking distance. Ate at 5Church and South City Kitchen. Sports bar Dantannas across the street, generous pours. Dog toileting area across the street. Great bar in the lobby with well made drinks.

Such a relaxing stay with so much to do. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was amazing!!
