This is the second time I checked in in this hotel...The first time was extremely perfect but for some reason I don’t understand this trip was really bad. I checked in in the same suite but no towel and I called for towel...and the towel is not as clean as I expected, I mean having a white towel means white not dirty white. Overall I had a great stay and trying to bypass some issues...but mainly they should at least look at there selves on how to keep the towel clean...that’s really needed to improve.

While the decor might be a little dated the property is very well maintained. The staff was great and the included breakfast was very good.

Check in was greeted by bag service very good Check in went faster than the previous week of booking The Hotel has its own rules when it comes to check in Pre pay persons are asked for a credit card and 1000 pesos at check in Found out the reasons for that The daily housekeeping is not really cleaning the rooms well When you check out They will say that the room requires cleaning and the 1000 pesos will cover the charge Many persons in the Hotel have experienced this at check in and upon leaving I had two bookings two weeks apart and was able to talk to guests about their stay and what was asked A pre pay is exactly what it means All charges are paid in advance and in the contract the only required payment is at check out for room service or charges at the bar if charged to the room The Hotel really will not allow you to run a tab unless a credit card is secured for these purposes There is no Mini bars in the rooms for charges to occur . When they have functions The breakfast when a function at the hotel is scheduled They put everyone into the bar area where limited seating is available Tables are set up in the entry area for persons to eat The second booking room was older and needed renovations Outdated and used looking The Hotel has a musty smell and they light candles in the floor hallways to try to remove the smell If you shut the air conditioning off while not in room It will smell musty also Leave the air conditioning on all the time

Check in was slow and the front desk attendant very negative during the check in process What I could not understand about the check in process was why have two attendants when only one was processing the check in and outs I stood at the entry for 10 minutes with only one other person being serviced The other attendant would not process me so I waited for the other attendant to become available Since the other attendant was working to resole a issue with the check out customer The other attendant placed my passport on the copier machine The copy was made but the attendant would not retrieve the photo copy When the attendant was finished with the check out customer The photo ID was handed to the attendant that would not process me It seemed very sad to watch this being done in front of me I was proceed by the attendant that made me wait for my ID to be copied by the other attendant I had a 36 hr. flight and was tired from the journey I was also asked for a 1000 peso deposit on a pre paid room which is not in the contractual agreement I read the ratings and saw first hand issues that require correction immediately Customer service needs to be improved and corrected The bathroom has a receptacle that is labeled 220volts 120 volts It is only 120 volts and the hair dryer is 220 volts So you have to use the hair dryer in the suit area Notified them of the problem after trying to operate 4 replacement dryers I was not given the WIFI code when checking in

Overall, OKAY experience. Rooms were decent but a little rundown, could need some updating. A/C and Wifi were weak in my room. Food during breakfast was good.

I didnt have hot water two mornings in one week, Had to get them to turn it back on, Internet is very slow and sometimes you dont have it at all.

Awesome staff. Location was close to malls so not much transportation needed. They also kept our luggage overnight after we checked out (we went to a resort that was 5 hours away)

Outdated and musty AC. Stuffy rooms. Staff friendly. Walk to Ayala.
