This is a hotel at the heart of the city! We never took any transportation to anywhere except at our departure to the train station. You feel you are staying in a galley rather than a simple hotel. I highly recommend it. The front desk were supper helpful. We left our luggage all day at the storage. Definitely will stay here next time.

Francesca and the entire reception team proved wonderful to chat with and a wealth of knowledge about the area. Terrific location to see all of Florence. Room was comfortable and clean.

This hotel is on the quiet side of Florence, it's in the middle but tucked away from the noise, which is nice. The rooms are big but for some reason the AC was not cool enough, it seemed like the hallway was much cooler than our rooms. Andrea from the front desk was able to accommodate our last minute change.

Amazing location!!! The staff was extremely helpful!!! The room was a standard European size room but the water pressure in the shower was amazing!!!

Clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They arranged taxis for us and even called a golf course to set a tee time for me. The hotel bar was excellent. The cocktail menu offers a great selection of classic and modern cocktails. And if you have a personal favorite the bartender, I'll just call him "Fed", will learn it for you. Last but not least, the chef did a great job on the bar menu.

Great location! The hotel exceeded my expectations. Only thing I’d change is to have more/softer pillows, but everything else was great!

I had alreaday complained about the air conditiniong not working, the room was 28.5• C and they said they would put another portable AC but they never did. The bed was made only half of it. The room was really small and the bed was even smallest. Is well located buth the price you pay vs what you get is not woth it. The breakfast was normal, and the guy in the dinning area from the staff qas really nice. The rest was not a easant experience. The room wall are really thin and you could hear the people on the other room even going to the toilet. Not recomended at all.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. You're right between the Duomo and Piazza Signoria, which is perfect! The hotel is modern and clean. Breakfast included was lovely. The rooms are big and the ac works great! The bed was a bit harder than I would have liked, but I'd definitely stay here again!

Well located, but the worst hotel I've stayed in my entire life. The rooms were old and horrible with a lot of humidity in every corner. I could hear the talks of the people in the next room. The bed was terrible and the pillows also. I went only for 1 night, if not I would have left the hotel before for sure.

The hotel staff was great. The only problem was it was hot that day & the air conditioning wasn’t working due to some Florence law (really) so needing to keep the windows open to sleep we had to endure loud music from a club down the street until 2am. I had stayed here before & didn’t have this problem. With a headache in the morning & the worst sleep all trip, this was still a nice hotel with a nice breakfast included.

Very well situated. Attentive staff. Ample room in the suite. Bathroom very clean. Breakfast was nice but lacked fruit. Staff was very helpful in organizing tours and transfer.

I enjoyed the stay very much and I felt that the positives outweighed the negatives. Location was fabulous. Staff was excellent. Loved, loved the buffet breakfast. However, although very quaint, room was very small and we had a noisy location near the elevator.
