Es la segunda ocasión que escogemos el Hotel porque nos agrada mucho el trato amable y servicial de los empleados con Jorge, Héctor y el Sr. que trabajaba en el turno de madrugada del área del snack. Áreas a mejorar incluir más variedad en el snack y siempre tenerlo surtido porque no fue así. De 2:30 a 6:30 pm y durante la madrugada es la única opción para comer y muchas veces no había nada o se demoraba en llenar. En general nos encanta porque es limpio, la comida buena, la piscina y la playa son excelentes.

So first off their AC is not working well even put to the lowest setting, and the ceiling fan that was swaying in an effort to keep the room cool, honestly thought it’d fall off. Be prepared for lots of little spiders and mosquitoes in your room - there’s a fumigate option on their app which is telling. The bed is actually like a rock, though I am a back sleeper and that works for me not for the rest of my company. Beyond that any type of room service you get takes around 1-2 hours even for extremely small requests and housekeeping takes 2+ hours which isn’t great if you want to use your room. To the food, honestly for the price it’s completely astonishing you can’t get a hot plate of food anywhere from the room service, buffet or their reservation only restaurant. Super happy when I got home and was able to eat some steaming hot food. That said there are some good options like 1/10 of their food hits like their fresh fruit. Tipping really doesn’t get you anywhere. Literally got the same service only - 150$ in tips. They just act more friendly and maybe give you more water during or an extra walk by asking if you want alcohol. To the beach now, beware jellyfish and sea wasps. All I can say is I can see why everyone is by the pools and the beach is practically empty. Speaking of the pools, expect a few dead floating bees but overall pretty chill. Anyway all I can think of right now wouldn’t recommend.

Mi experiencia no fue la mejor. La limpieza del cuarto fue terrible y el baño siempre tenía mal olor. Los aires acondicionados no enfriaban bien, lo que hizo la estadía bastante incómoda. En el buffet, la mayoría del personal atendía con mala actitud y parecía molesto, por lo que el servicio dejó mucho que desear. La comida sí estuvo buena, ese fue uno de los pocos aspectos positivos. En la piscina, cuando se acababan las bebidas, no las reponían y al final tuvimos que pagar un upgrade para obtener una habitación con un aire acondicionado que funcionara mejor. En general, esperaba una experiencia mucho mejor.
