Friendly Lobby/front desk staff. Check in was smooth and easy. Entertainment crew was great every day! Chef Israel and the cook Rosaura from the buffet went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us, Rosaura was absolutely amazing all the time. I was very pleased with the room upgrade I received as an Expedia Gold member. Overall, great experience and I’ll definitely go back.

Service is excellent, food is very good, beach is exceptional!!!!!! The best in DR without a doubt. Only recommendation is to “modernize” entertainment a bit more. For example play more relaxing house music in the beach and pool (vs American pop from the 2000) and make the shows more modern by incorporating music from modern artists like Bad Bunny, Beyonce, Taylor Swift etc.

The property is beautiful, the staff is friendly and hard-working. The beach is one of be he BEST, so calm, clear and just perfect. There’s not much of a night life which is fine since I am more of an early bird. The food was good and our favorite was the French restaurant (Randy was wonderful). The morning buffet had plenty of breakfast options. The omelet station, bread and fresh fruit were out favorite. The room was gorgeous with a huge balcony and plenty of amenities. I would stay here again.

We had a great time with our family at this hotel. The food and drinks were very good. The service was amazing as well. Alvaro from the Asian restaurant was super nice and helpful. Rafael in the Seagrill restaurant was also super quick in serving us and very nice. Merihan from concierge was constantly checking on us and very helpful as well.

My family and I choose Dreams Dominicus because the listing gave us a family-friendly vibe. We were not disappointed -- the staff (including our concierge Merihan) went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home. They paid outstanding attention to us and especially to our 2 and 3 year old sons. Also, the dining options were very good... even their red (merlot) and white (chardonnay) house wines hit the spot. However, one shouldn't be fooled by the family friendly atmosphere as Dreams' night-life is also a fun experience. We enjoyed ourselves and hope to visit again.
