Good hotel very close to the main pedestrian area in Cork. Staff extremely friendly towards my 2 year old daughter. Parking a bit difficult to access, and room furnishings were on the older side -- but very clean and large, which was greatly appreciated (especially related to other hotels we staying ...
This was a spectacular hotel, and would have ranked it higher if I could. Very modern, classy and professional, but exceedingly practical at the same time. You would have thought that I was in a more practical version of a Hyatt. The bar area allows an excellent view of the river and the picturesque ...
The staff at this hotel made it one of my favorites. The hotel manager went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and interact with me on a personal level. (Joke around, get me coffee, etc) he was amazing and so was his staff. The rooms are very cute and not a bad size. Beds we're comfy! ...
We found the child's play room excellent , the room was washed and vaccumed but the drawers and soft teddies and toys themselves were dirty. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and I found I didn't have to wait more than 1mins before someone served me.

We were only there for one night, but the next time I am there, I will definitely be staying there again!
This is a nice hotel, the rooms are a little dated but the lobby and bar area is great! It is a good 15-20 minutes to the city center but not a bad walk!
Very pleasant, great helpful staff, just steps from all cork has to offer. Car park a bit tight with construction going on, but staff helpful and.monitored double.parked cars so everyone could get in and out.
This sums up our stay. When we pulled up to the hotel the GM met us as we opened our car doors. He asked how our drive was and said, "Leave everything I will get it". He took all our luggage himself to our room and parked our car. The GM is TJ, he and his staff were fantastic. The only reason I rated the hotel facilities and condition a 4 is because they were in the middle of renovations. Excellent hotel, excellent staff.
