Key wasn’t in lockbox when we arrived, had to wait outside for a long time with my children. And I had to drive to Walmart to take them to use the restroom. Fans were full of dust. The room was clean and the organization is doing upgrades. They had done a nice job on the bathroom. There were sufficient electric appliances to prepare light breakfasts and coffee. The staff worked hard to fix access issues and after a little of a bumpy start, things worked out.

There was no coffee pot, but I borrowed one from a neighbour who had an extra . No kitchen cloths or towels. No hand towels for the bathroom or facecloths, etc. However we made it work and we were not expecting anything too fancy for accommodations. Not enough toilet paper… had to ask the maintenance man when we seen him because the office was rarely open to talk to anyone. The wifi was terrible and never worked. However the location was great, the pool was nice and clean, all in all it was a safe place to stay for 5 days and the A/C worked great!

OK, my description of this experience is that I never use the condo due to the smell horrible. I requested my money back from you Expedia and y’all ended up Closing the case. Without even trying to call me back. This is the worst experience for the money that I spend on Here and it’s not even About the Money. I wouldn’t even get it for free. It smells like drain waste. It was not clean. I requested to get my refound back.

As a solo female traveler, I was absolutely appalled that the door key was left sitting where anyone could have grabbed it during that night. The room was absolutely filthy. That I ended up in the Emergency a few hours later. Clumps of hair and mildew in the shower, filthy bedding covered in hair, and dirty socks left under the bed from a previous guest. Either the bed/bedding or headboard reeked of cat urine.
