The staff was great! Mayra welcomed us and provided all of the necessary details. There are 3 pools, one of which is for children. The food is great and location is perfect! Across the beach and short cab ride from the walled city.
This is an amazing hotel. The property, the staff, the location, the amenities, the pool, the gym, the 3rd party tour company, everything. We got a suite that was oceanview and it was awesome. Get 2602 if you can. Athe shower room was huge and nice hot water. We did the spa which was probably the best spa we have ever done and we have done many internationally. My wife and I felt like royalty at this place and we loved it. I am now a Hyatt fan and will come back here again.

The property itself is great. The staff are awesome. The only issue here is that in front of the hotel there is a lot of construction and the beach is blocked off. But having the mall next door is great. The food was great. The room was great.
The hotel is about a 30 min walk from many of the restaurants and tourist areas in Bocagrande. Plus, it was next door to a shopping mall which made it easier if you wanted to quickly grab something to eat or shop.
In general a great place to stay. Two boys, my wife and I. Chose the 2 bedroom suit, with beautiful views of the bay. Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Super clean and great food.
