Second post I needed to write. The first one was not approved. I had a horrible experience. The owner of the hotel tried to charge me extra saying that my reservation was for one person when I had a double room and Spa for free for 2 people (In the 1st post I uploaded the pic but they dont let me do it). When I told the owner i was not paying he started to be extremely rude telling me how many hotels and money he has. Saying that he has this problem often but people pays (so he is doing this in purpose) He told me I could leave if I want it, and that he will give me a refund, so I did. When I send the email to get the refund, he denied everything and did not give me the refund. So i guess he did need my money.... The location of the hotel is far from Getsemani and even more from Ciudad Amurallada.
Pros: Clean room and Overall nice little boutique hotel; staff is helpful; located on Manga neihgboorhood an upscale residential area. Cons: We stayed at room 9, they should put a glass other than a curtain to block the tall window on the right corner because it gets loud in the mornings due to the fact that it’s next to the kitchen and you can hear bangs and noise from the hotel staff making breakfast every morning. Breakfast has limited options; and doesn’t have a pool anymore.

Estamos esperando con tantas ansias este comentario, de verdad lamento que personas tan irrespetuosas y sin sentido de consideración lleguen a esta ciudad, sé qie Estamos propensos a recibir de todo tipo de comentario y al igual de recibir de todo tipo de cliente lo que no acepto es la falta de respeto y la posición mal intencionada de hacer valer las condiciones a la interpretación de las personas, fui amable desde un principio pero usted Santiago no lo fue ni conmigo ni con el personal que estaba en turno mi función es hacer valer las condiciones de reservas y la Dignidad de las personas que hacen parte de mi equipo, no puedo negociar o conversar con una persona que está a la defensiva y que quiere que se cumpla sus condiciones, al principio fui amable y tolerante y no puedo negar que sus palabras ofensivas sobre el establecimiento y sobre la gente de mi país agotaron mi paciencia, en ningún momento le saco provecho a mi gestión como empresario creo que cobro lo justo por los servicios que ofrezco, no permito que nadie irrespete a mi equipo de Trabajo y que mucho menos interrumpa la tranquilidad de mis otros clientes con altanerías. Tuve que pedir que no se quedara por que usted estaba tomando una posicion insana sobre el establecimiento y solo lo presenté al momento de la entrada no podía imaginarme cómo sería estando en el hotel, en ningún momento he realizado un descargo a su tarjeta de crédito porque no tomamos lo que no es de nosotros, no puedo permitir que una persona me chantajee por qué no cumplo con lo que el desea para su provecho propio diciéndome que si no lo aceptaba con su otro compañero en la misma habitación sin aceptar el cargo de la persona adicional que está claro en las condiciones de reservas que se le explicó en varias oportunidades, que si no lo hacía usted me acabaría en las redes de opiniones.
