Mi experiencia en este hotel fue completamente decepcionante y, sinceramente, no lo recomendaría en absoluto. La calidad de la comida es pésima. No solo es de muy baja calidad, sino que además no existe variedad alguna en las opciones disponibles. Prácticamente comes lo mismo o te quedas sin alternativas aceptables. Para el precio que se paga, esto es inaceptable. Para empeorar la situación, sufrimos un apagón durante el día que duró más de 10 horas. No hubo una respuesta clara ni soluciones adecuadas por parte del hotel, lo que demuestra una falta total de preparación ante este tipo de situaciones. El coffee shop es otro desastre: no tiene un horario definido, por lo que nunca sabes cuándo realmente estará disponible el servicio. La organización es inexistente. Intentar obtener ayuda fue imposible. Nunca logré comunicarme con el responsable del piso donde me hospedaba. La atención al cliente es prácticamente nula. Las habitaciones necesitan una remodelación urgente. Se ven desgastadas, anticuadas y muy por debajo de lo que uno esperaría por el costo de la estadía. En resumen, el precio pagado no vale la pena en absoluto. Mala comida, pésimo servicio, instalaciones deficientes y una experiencia general muy por debajo de lo esperado. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.
