We had a fantastic stay at Driftwood! The home was exceptionally clean and in a perfect location. We enjoyed being within walking distance of both the beach and downtown Carmel, and the Monterey Bay Aquarium was only a short 15 to 20-minute drive away.One evening, we took a quick walk to Mission Ranch Restaurant for dinner and then returned for a fun family game night. The property was easy to find using our navigation system, and everything about our stay was convenient and enjoyable.Our only complaint was that we had to leave! We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Driftwood to others.

Beautiful property, love how every detail is taken care of. The property is within walking distance from the beach. You can hear the waves sitting in the front yard. We hope to be back soon :-)

This house was amazing! It was perfect for a birthday trip with my bestfriends. The location is great, and the house is super beautiful and cute. It fits the beach vibes perfectly, and the backyard is so nice. The front patio is perfect to sit and eat breakfast on! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful stay in Carmel!

This is a very nice and well maintained house that is very close to the Beach and Mission Ranch. The house is comfortable and well appointed. The yard and hot tub are handy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for a long weekend in February, and it was perfection! The home is very cutely decorated, and has both a hot tub AND fire pit. It feels very private, yet also in walking distance of downtown Carmel and all its restaurants and shops. There was even a bottle of wine and some yummy crackers and cheese to enjoy. Would 1000% stay here again!

The house was in good condition, all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, at a home away from home. We loved the hot tub and outdoor fire pit and seating. I especially appreciated the keypad door code when we would leave and return at different times not having to think about a house key or a lock box was so much easier.

We were a family of six that loved our stay at your home. Sanctuary made it easy for us and answered our many questions. The town was out of power for a few days but lucky us that the home still had power. We only lost power for a very brief time at night We loved the close proximity to the beach and the twenty minute walk into town. Thank you

Family Retreat

This house was a perfect place to stay with our family of 4. The house was comfortable, clean and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture and decor was comfortable. Can’t wait to come back.

Friends birthday weekend in Carmel

Perfect home for a gathering of 7 lifelong friends celebrating a milestone year! House was comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for the stay. Super quiet neighborhood convenient to walking on the beach and walking into town! Don't miss the self guided walking tour of the fairytale homes and an ebike tour of 17 mile road. Can't wait to come back!

The property was not accurately depicted,and it was neglected. They asked for a 500 cleaning fee which apparently doesn't go to keep the property clean. Spider webs all over the inside of the house dead spiders throughout the house. Stains all over there furniture, living room shades stained. Stained towels that look like they had been used and put back. Living room screen door to the courtyard unable to access/open to the courtyard. The fountain was green in the Courtyard, the umbrella in the courtyard tattered. The pictures of the game room, "What game room" it was an empty ADU. When turning on the heater the smell coming out of the vents smelt like burned oil / toxic. Would Not Waste Money On This Dump!!
