The check in guy was awesome in checking me in & getting me to the room . I let him know I was from Hobbs . I was delivering packages all day & had to referee soccer games later that evening . I just needed the room for an hour to shower & change but I knew I had to pay full price no matter what . I get to the room & there was some crumbs under the A/C unit & absolutely NO HOT WATER . I was in room 423. I let the water run for about 5 minutes because I knew sometimes it takes awhile for higher floors to get hot water . Well that didn’t work because there was absolutely no hot water & not even warm . So I paid $130 bucks for a room to use for about an hour just to take a shower but had no hot water . Disappointing when that’s the only thing I needed the room for .

Very nice hotel. Might want to figure out how to mitigate the pigeon problem on 2nd floor. We were in room 227 and outside both windows were nesting pigeons and all that that entails, very messy.

We came to use the pool but was informed that it was closed when we got there. Check out is at 12 but we kept having people trying to enter the room prior to this time. One of the times I was alone with my baby and I was using the restroom. We got a call about 45 min after we left at 12:45 asking if we needed to be charged for late checkout because they had “just” checked the room and we had belongings in there which was not true because we were already in another town having lunch.

Great service. Comfortable room and bed. Nice amenities and hot breakfast. 24 hour coffee in lobby. The only “complaint” was there wasn’t a microwave in the room (but there is one in the lobby) and no dog area (although there is an empty lot around the hotel, but be careful, there are “stickers “ that get into paws and a lot of ant hills.). Overall, though, we had a really nice stay. There is a McDonald’s and Walmart with a Subway restaurant within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.
