Room didn’t feel clean. First room didn’t have working heat (maybe 50 degrees inside). Cockroach traps, rodent droppings on luggage shelf. Went to front desk to get a different room. Dust and hair on counter and dresser and toilet. Unpleasant stay.

We stayed in a pet room because of our small dog. Room smelled like dog and had dog hair in several areas when we walked in. Security latch on door was broken. Air conditioning wouldn’t respond to commands or was locked out when trying to adjust.

The room was filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The smell was overwhelming of bleach and wet dog. We slept with our face in the pillow to help. The mattresses were hard as a rock and the pillows were tiny and flat. The shelf in the closet area had food on it. There wasn’t even a bar of soap at the sink. In the morning the breakfast was all but gone by the time we go there at 730. They were slowly restocking but we gave up on it. The juice machine was leaking all over the floor and the space was flooded. No one seemed to care and it was tracked all over the lobby. Just don’t do it! Go somewhere else.

My room had a jet tub and there was a wad of hair sticking on the jets. The tub was wet when I got there like someone went in and tried to clean it. The shower curtains were black where you would pull them back. There was a dead bug bug stuck to the shower curtain. The neighbors were so loud that I had to leave at midnight. Horrible

this was an absolute disaster from the start, first off we were on 2nd floor with tons of gear to carry in and no elevator, room was clean looking but smelled horrible, fridge was not working and smelled like mildew, found it was unplugged and it did work so we plugged in but smell was too bad to open and for sure wasnt keeping anything in there, left on first day to hunt and came in to stay the 2nd night and we just couldnt stand the smell anymore, was truely horrible, will neeeevvverrr pick this place again no matter how cheap or how good the reviews, this place is blacklisted for me!!! Oh and no refund on the 2nd night as we didnt "check out in time" so we lost 2nd night and had to move out of the hotel to somewhere else, again this was horrible!! DO NOT BOOK!!!

Hotel is in a good location. Room is large and comfortable. Bathroom sink is weird in that the faucet is far from the sink and water gets everywhere. Breakfast was good with a number of different choices including scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries with several other options.

Staff was nice when greeted at the front door. It was the room that was bad, stains on the bed, hair in the shower, it didn’t even look like shower was really cleaned. The smell of some sort of smoke was in the air even though I was in a no smoking room due to breathing issues.

Room was mostly clean..needs deep clean & upgraded. Hair built up around drain in jetted tub. Room was a non-smoking however i awoke several times to strong cigarette smell coming from outside the room. Probably would not stay again.

Environment felt very old, outdated and unclean. Front desk staff member was kind and allowed me to check in early, however I didn't feel comfortable enough to stay there. I returned my key and left the building after walking through the long, dark hallways to me distant room.
