One&Only Cape Town

The One and Only at Cape Town is one of the best hotels there. The suites were big with huge bathrooms and kitchen. I just enjoyed my stay there and my family loved it. We also loved the breakfast area, they had a lot of variety. The location is perfect close to the Water Front, aquarium, and shopping mall. Very sweet workers and cleaners and very helpful. Table mountain was our view, but Im not sure if there is a sea view. We went twice and we didn't experience sea views. There was a Nobu restaurant and a kids play but didn't try them, we were busy touring. The only thing i feel needs improvement was the room service menu. The food wasn't as tasty as it should be. But over all I enjoyed my stay, and will always back to them.

We’ve been fortunate enough to stay in some fantastic hotels around the world and experienced varied levels of customer service but few could match The One&Only Cape Town. From the greeting by the doorman, to a slick and welcoming check-in, to the restaurant and bar staff and not forgetting the knowledgable and helpful Concierge, no one we met ever let the level of service slip. The breakfast and quality of food in the restaurant was outstanding as is their selection of wines. I’m only four days we’ve become One&Only “Raving Fans”.

The OO has got everything an excellent hotel should have. Beautiful rooms with view, very friendly staff and a barkeeper named Elton who made every single evening a most enjoyable event creating most delicious cocktails for us. Dear Elton, thank you so much for all your care and creativity, greetings from Austria, Barbara & Martin

Went here for a few cocktails and had live music great place. Probably need to wear more than sloops and shorts and you'll pay more but it's worth it. If you ask for Archie he is brilliant they will do anything for their customers which s a rarity these days

We loved this hotel! After a few weeks of safari and lots of time in the Namibian desert, we were ready for some luxury. Our suite was spacious and had beautiful views of Table Mountain. Reuben's Restaurant is quite good and it's very relaxing to sit in the bar and enjoy a glass of wine and some snacks. Service is outstanding from the moment you arrive. The location couldn't be better. Walk to the waterfront, aquarium, Robben Island ferry, Zeitz Museum etc etc. They also have a very convenient car service if you choose to go on your own as we did to visit nearby attractions e.g. the Jewish Museum, District 6 Museum, Castle at Cape Town etc. You have your choice of a Mercedes or Toyota car service. The hop on/off bus is also nearby. This looks interesting and is reportedly quite safe but we didn't use it ourselves because we wanted more flexibility and had some time constraints. This is the first time we stayed at the waterfront in Cape Town and highly recommend the One&Only.

Wonderful hotel, amazing staff and excellent location, excellent food, 'ק spent 5 unforgettable days there,Very close to the shopping and entertainment center but most importantly a team that does everything to make your stay at the hotel pleasant, we will definitely return again

An incredible property in a terrific location in a wonderful city, what else could you want? Everything about this hotel was first rate. The staff is absolutely wonderful, the location is fantastic and the rooms and amenities are exceptional. Everyone we came across associated with this hotel were absolutely professional and so caring. I cannot recommend this hotel more. Do yourself a favor a stay here when visiting Cape Town.

This new hotel deserves the N1 point in theV&A harbour, gained from the Table Bay Hotel. The location is also good, but the class is obviously higher. The hosted NOBU restaurant fits the international standards; the hotel service is really perfect. I was impressed with the fact that the hosts and bellmen remember the guests by names, greet them and get involved in any problem. Concierge services are perfect. The only notice is that the rooms don't offer an integrated charging panel for international devices.

This hotel is walking distance from several locations including the new modern art museum. the rooms are large and clean, although a bit old style. breakfast is very good - we did not eat any dinners. great afternoon tea in the lobby. the rooms on the island are great.

Thank you for great service from the staff at One and Only to make our event a success in terms of food served. Professional service from initial enquiry with Ashley to being looked after by Ray and and her team on the day.
