The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Location is great. Food is very expensive. Need more stuff for kids
It has the most tropical feel of any resort or hotel we saw there.
This resort is simply breathtaking - it absolutely made our whole trip!
Ramon’s Village was a nice place to stay, very close to town, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable. We stayed across from the main resort and the only downside was that the WiFi rarely worked.
It was nice and relaxing helpful staff. Maybe they can have tv rentals
Great staff and a truly unique Belize experience. Good on premise restaurant, gift shop and pool. loved the service, the beach was immaculate and the snorkel / dive tours were outstanding!
everyone was super nice and enjoyed everything was amazing.
It was great. Awesome staff very friendly and welcoming. Close to the beach. And great food.
The hotel itself was beautiful but the staff were quiet rude. The whole hotel was run by practically all men. I only saw 3 female workers there. Every day the men would stare at me and say things like "hey baby" or how is "my love doing?". This was constant and I tried to avoid conversation with them. One day after the cleaning lady (one of the three females I saw) cleaned our room I couldn't find my sunglasses. My mother and I looked everywhere.... underneath everything. Finally I went and talked to management and told them "ever since the maid cleaned I can't find my ray-bon sunglasses".The manager, yet another male, assumed I was accusing her of stealing. I reiterated that I'm not accusing I just want to know if she possibly moved them. We got to the room with the maid and she showed that she moved them to the left hand of the night stand. Then she moved the night stand. I looked over and they were underneath the right hand of the night stand. The manager looks at me and says it is my fault that I must of knocked them off myself. Wow just wow. The manager constantly blamed me even though if was apparent it wasn't my fault. The whole thing seemed fishy since my mother and I looked under there twice before and saw nothing. Plus sunglasses don't exactly roll and it was on the opposite side of which she said she put them. And they both kept changing their story slightly. Basically if you are looking for a place with nice rooms this is it. Staff is the worst I have seen.
We travel quite a bit and like a nice hotel when we do. At Ramons the grounds were perfect, best snorkel/dive boats on the island, stunning view. Very close to the best dining, boozing on the beach. Not cheap but worth the dough.
Came to Ambregis Caye for a Wedding. This resort was suggested by the Wedding Planner. I would not have known about otherwise. Its Kind of a thatched roof, jungle theme. Alot of detail. Cool Place. The staff were all super super helpful! The security guard, Alan, made sure we were all safe during the festivities. Its a great location right on the beach and an easy stroll on the beach to other bars and eateries. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the island.
The location was great. Nice pool, staff was friendly. The only weird thing was they didn't serve liquor as well as all the religious signs in the lobby. Don't walk to town at night!!
Great staff, very helpful and really really nice. You go to bed and the same staff is there with smiles and cups of coffee. Beautiful views, clean beaches and great excursions booked on the premisis. Booked the Mayan Ruins and cave tubing with Javier, awesome, totally recommend. Also, went to Mexico Rocks snorkeling great, sharks, baracutta, stingrays, tons of fish. Whole experience well worth the money. Highly recommend!
Ramons had the nicest beach, small but clean. The staff were Ok, not overly attentive.
We selected Ramons as they had an on site dive shop and dock and as the hotel layout looked exotic and relaxing. We were very pleased with both the hotel accommodations , meals, and dive shop. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times and gave good recommendations for external dining options etc.
