Brand new pool villa which was just completed in September 2023. Be one of the very first tenants in this modern furnished villa.
The five bedrooms (four of them are furnished with kingsize beds) and 3 full bathrooms will be perfect for a bigger family or two families. One bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. Not only the master suite has a huge bathroom attached to it, but there is also a second bedroom - like a junior suite - with its own bathroom and a kitchenette.
The open floor plan combines the kitchen, living room and dining area into a great family space to spend quality time. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and kitchen utensils and the laundry room comes with a washer and dryer. The living room and all kingsize bedrooms are all equipped with a smart TV. High speed cable wifi internet is available for free, as well as a variety of sports and entertainment TV channels.
Enjoy the large screened lanai with a perfect view to the canal. The southern exposure of the pool area and lanai gives you an amazing view of a Florida sunset or cook your own BBQ on the gas grill.
Swim in the pool or hang out on the shallow sun shelf. There is an electric pool heater available for use. Also, a baby fence can be provided if needed as a security measure for families with children. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Restaurants and numerous stores are within a one mile radius of the house.

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for 4 adults and 4 little kids. The pool is a nice size with a shelf for the younger kids to play on. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our two week stay and will consider this house again for the future!

Beautiful place to stay
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The layout of the home was perfect for a large family. Very clean, all the amenities you might need, great communication with host, made for a wonderful experience. The large covered pool area was a huge highlight for us! We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 2 weeks in Feb. The pool and hot tub were a fun luxury especially for us in Feb. We used them everyday. Plus there are games for the whole family. The house is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Shopping is close by with a lots of choices. Anita is an excellent hostess and responds quickly to any questions or needs you may have. We hope we will be able to return.

Mom’s 100 th Birthday Family Stay
This brand new house is beautiful and fully stocked with every convenience. You will not go wrong with this rental. We had five bedrooms, three bathrooms and the mother-in-law suite as one of the five bedrooms was excellent for my mother-in-law. It connected to the pool and had a walk-in shower. From start to finish excellent communications with the owner and property manager. We checked in early and the snacks were a surprise and very thoughtful.
You will love the open concept feel and the enormous patio with seating. We had 6 people and a child there Along with visiting guests and never felt crowded. Also plus as a TV in each bedroom except the bedroom with twin beds, which was great. We will definitely stay here again and we highly recommend this home..

Lots of rooms for a large family
We were visiting family for Christmas the home was beautiful and close to shopping. The pool area was spacious the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the ping pong table and it was great to have the beach chairs available to use. Unfortunately the weather was unseasonably cool. Quiet neighborhood as well.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Waterlilly. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles liebevoll von Anita vorbereitet. Auch während unseren Aufenthaltes hat sie uns mit guten Tipps (Danke für den crumble Gutschein im Namen unserer Kids! 😋) versorgt.
