This two bedroom two bath home. Has its own private pool. Fish or relax down by the water. Located near downtown Cape Coral. Shopping, dining and nightlife within minutes. If you’re traveling with friends or family other side of duplex is also available for rent. The other side has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are risks associated with the swimming pool and canal. The owner will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by guests or members of the guests party. Guest who rent through VRBO are responsible to inform all members of there party of the hazards and rules.
