Located directly on the canal near Cape Harbour, with southern exposure, Villa Martinique offers a unique experience in charming caribbean style with approximately 250 sqm of living space and 1000 sqm of tropical garden.

Extra high "cathedral ceilings" with fans give you a first impression of the luxurious and airy design of the living room with an open fireplace and a separate dining room.

The house includes a modern gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, steel fixtures, double-door refrigerator, built-in oven, microwave, and much more.
The kitchen is also adjacent to the perfectly equipped utility room, with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and all other necessary equipment.

The Master bedroom has a kingsize box spring bed, separate dressing room, and a breathtaking en suite bathroom with granite surfaces.
