En el noroeste de Cape Coral, en un hermoso vecindario exclusivo, se encuentra Villa Sandle. Si va de compras, cenas o entretenimientos, todo está muy cerca. Wonderful Hosts and Stay!

We absolutely loved this house! It was so comfortable and welcoming from the time we stepped in the front door. The hosts were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating! If in this area again, we would definitely reserve this same spot!

Long weekend getaway

We rented the house for a long weekend and the place was absolutely perfect! Great location, very clean, quite community, plenty of room, house is stocked with everything needed for a short or long stay, pool was great and checking in was quick and easy. Communication with the host was great prior to going and while we were there! Would definitely rent this house again next time we are in the area!

The house was beautiful. Mary was in communication before, during, and even after the stay. If or when I go back, I would rent this same property.

Perfect even the weather.

New to VRBO. Loved this house, decor, pool, and hosts. Comfortable King bed, great pressure and hot water in the showers, pool and lanai made the difference. The first day was chilly but the heated pool allowed us to not miss a pool day. Highly recommend this house and hosts.

Great Place! - Very Clean!

Stayed for a week with family over Thanksgiving. The place is great. One of the best rentals we have ever had. Cleanliness is very important to us and this property is very clean and well taken care of. Located in great neighborhood. Owners (Bruno and Mary) were very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, Spotless house.

We couldn't be happier with this decision, the house was absolutely beautiful and was spotless on our check in. Communication with owners was flawless and easy to get a hold of if needed, pool was great and property is kept up very well. We will be back

Great place and great location

Our youngest son lives less than 2 miles away and we like spending time going to Sanibel, Captiva, Pine Island, and Fort Myers. Location was perfect for us. The property and house was very clean and well kept. There are plenty of amenities for cooking, cleaning, and living like you are at home. Loved the open floor plan with plenty of seating and comfort for our family to gather. Will be booking in the future as it was an excellent experience staying here.

Very nice place, to be a bit better…needs handrail into pool and a pool cover. Hard to warm up in the winter. Managers very accommodating. Very convenient location. Very quiet area.

Outstanding Customer Service

The highlight of this years rental was the courtesy and professional manner in which Bruno and Mary handled our stay. They made check-in and out seamless and simple, they responded to every request swiftly and with logical answers. The house was immaculate and comfortable. They have out highest recommendation.

We had a wonderful two-week stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything about the process was easy and seamless, from booking to check-in.The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the private pool—absolutely serene and well-maintained. We opted for the 15-hour daily pool heating, and it was worth every penny, keeping the water at the perfect temperature for morning and evening swims.The beds were very comfortable, and the home had all the amenities we needed for a stress-free stay. The location was ideal—close to everything, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful.Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

A beautiful home at a great price.

This house is very attractive. It features tall ceilings, ceramic floors throughout, modern appliances and granite countertops. The heated pool and lanai were spacious. Two and 1/2 baths were very handy. Wall paintings and plants added to the appeal. My only negative is that our group likes cooking and we were missing things like bowls, grill accessories, cooking thermometers, etc. We managed to work around that.

renters should know

the house was amazing; HOWEVER, renters need to be aware of the construction next door and across the street. There were workers less than 200 ft. from the backyard which made it impossible to relax by the pool. Jackhammers and other loud equipment Monday-Friday. Overall, the house was everything I'd hoped.... beautiful, state of the art appliances, and cleanliness. If I could have picked up the property and moved to another location, my stay would have been perfect!!

Wonderful time at Villa Sandle!

We had such a wonderful thanksgiving holiday at Villa Sandle! The house was exactly as expected and super clean. Check-in was very easy and we had everything we needed—plenty of towels, plates, cups, even toiletries. The pool was perfect and a definite plus for our family. We hope to come again the next time we’re in Cape Coral!

A WONDERFUL TRIP

This home is perfect for a vacation. Everything was beautiful and the agent was excellent as well. If you book this location you will not be disappointed.
