It is located within an hour from Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and Kennedy Space Center. You can find very much all activities nearby like tennis, golf, windsurfing, jet skiing, tours, paddle boarding or deep-sea fishing expeditions. It is near Jetty Park, and Port Canaveral, and Cocoa Beach Pier with safe and friendly neighborhood.
This multi-level penthouse condo is totally renovated with brand new kitchen, bathrooms, open stairways, and furniture. It is equipped with everything you need during your stay including full kitchen, wireless internet, cable, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, and all necessities. The master suite is on the top floor with a king size bed set and the master bathroom, which has a tub with shower head and a separate walk-in shower.
