An excellent stay for our family of 6 (4 adults, a toddler, an an infant). The price was very reasonable, and was a blessing to find when another VRBO host had to cancel our reservation due to roof damage. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, with people walking their dogs and neighbors chatting with one another. The home is near a grocery store, drug stores, eateries, and a gas station, and there was street parking if more than two cars in the driveway. The host, Svetlana, was very prompt and courteous, and the check-in/out process was very simple. The home was very clean and looked recently renovated, with fresh paint and newer fixtures and appliances, and fast WiFi. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was amazing! Was perfect for our two families with plenty of room. The house was fully stocked with everything you would need. We enjoyed both the pool and hot tub. We would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it!

This is a perfect rental for people traveling with pets in Santa Clarita. My wife and I visited in early Feb 2026 along with our two tuxedo cats. The property was easy to access with a keycode lock and Svetlana was excellent with the communication in case we needed anything. There are three bedrooms upstairs along with another with a trundle bed on the main floor - plenty of places for our kitties to explore. Also, the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, this an ideal rental for a family who wants to bring along their furry friends. Finally, a shout-out to Svetlana, who promptly replied to any questions and concerns, and resolved any issues quickly. A terrific host for a terrific rental!
