Thermostats had inconsistent heating throughout our entire stay. I reached out to the property manager daily, was assured the problem would be fixed. It was not. Our final day I was promised a response and never got one other than a reminder of the check out process. I responded questioning if the heater had been fixed no response. After checking out they sent the standard review request which I replied with my frustration regarding the heater and lack of communication / follow through. I was ensured that they would get right back with me regarding my experience. It’s been 36 hours and no response. Customer service is a key component of renting out a house and unfortunately they are missing the mark.
