I was surprised that despite paying for an all-inclusive, one has to wait for a bill and sign for every item purchased. This takes away from the ease and pleasurable experience of not having to worry about itemized costs that an all-inclusive usually brings.

Good place, kindness staffs, clean environments, delicious food.

Amazing property!! Tons to do onsite & restaurant we’re fantastic! We will definitely visit again.

The resort is very beautiful and has everything you need for a vacation. The staff is friendly and courteous. The resort had evening activities like circus, mexican fiesta, band and evening market. The only thing that was disappointing was the time share presentation.

This resort is simply beautiful! It is amazing the amount of detail that went into it to make it as scenic as it is. I have no complaints in that regard. This was our first stay here. We came to celebrate our sons first birthday. We were blown away by how clean and well maintained the resort is. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite when we checked in which was great! We enjoyed our stay overrall but do have some concerns. First off, the check in process was horrible for us. We had been up and about traveling since 3am. With a one year old. We arrived at the resort around 11-1130am. We were told that check in wasn’t until 4 and that’s when we would get our room. We asked if it could possibly be ready by a bit sooner seeing as we had an exhausted baby. They said they would look into it. Since that time we went back every hour to see if the room was ready and it wasn’t. We were all exhausted. We came back at 345 and asked if the room was ready and the girl at the front desk was really rude. She said that we still had 25 minutes until 4 and we needed to wait. She also kind of threw it in our face that they upgraded our room for free so why were we complaining? My husband became really upset. They literally didn’t give us the key to the room until EXACTLY 4pm. It was ridiculous. One whole day of our vacation was basically ruined. Also, the buffet could definitely be bigger and the food could be better. Service was just ok. Best were Victor in the bite bar & Armando at Zamas

Beautiful resort, cozy spacious rooms with great view. Excellent housekeeping staff with attention to every detail. Merly at the pool was exceptional - so nice and fun and professional at the same time. She made sure that the whole family had a great time. Loved the Pear mojito!

This is isolated location far from everything but it’s great for family vacation to get some relaxation & tranquility. If you are looking for adult party theme, I will not recommend this resort. The foods are very delicious and on the high end quality. The staffs are very nice polite and attentive. We didn’t get bother much with time share prep. They only called the room once and that’s it. Everything is more than my expectation

This was my second time here and I highly recommend. The first time was with a couple of my brothers and the second time was my honeymoon. Beautiful place with great staff.

All my family loved the rooms. Loved all inclusiveness. Staffs are so polite and helpful. I would definitely come back and definitely recommend to all my friends

The staff, food, and service are all superb. However, beware not all "Ocean View" have direct view. You have 1 out of 3 chances of gettng the true ocean view because only 1 out of 3 buildings have direct ocean view. The other 2 buildings have slanted partial ocean view that we paid the same price as the direct ocean view. The hotel should have different pricings for the full ocean view and partial ocean view. The design of the buildings in U shape created stadium effect, meaning that the sounds of kids having fun will travel to the balconies. If you like quiet relaxing environment, you have to close the balcony doors while turning the head in a certain angle to get a glimps of the ocean. Look at the photos of the buildings will explain our experience. My wife and I love quiet relaxing view of the ocean, which unfortunately were not satisfied during our vacation.

It is a great resort, but the food was mediocre. The staff members are great, but room service was also mediocre

This is was our first family trip to Mexico and although I was a little leery about what I had done while viewing the surroundings on the way to the resort but, once there it was a grand experience. The resort was clean and spacious. The staff (with the expectation of the front desk during check-in) was superb. The attention to detail and care of the entire staff presented was not expected but, incredibly distinct and well noted. The food was delicious and well presented in all of the resort restaurants. With special thanks to the restaurant manager, Renato at Zama (their Mexican restaurant). Renato and his staff (special thanks to Enrique also) were very attentive to all of our requests and went out of their way to prepare special items specially for us which were not available on the standard menu!! The only negative is was the restaurant pricing if you had not chosen the all inclusive package. Luckily we chose the all inclusive package otherwise, each meal for four people would average $120 - $ 200. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort for a relaxing vacation.

been to Mexico well over 30 times. this place had the best food I've ever had there. Typically it's hit and miss but all 5 days and all restaurants were great. great service. pool boy Jesus was over the top great. Will definitely be back.

rooms are very nice and having kitchen is great. restaurants are pretty good for all inclusive. service is a bit lack overall. pool music is depressing. beach is not great, activities are poor

Amazing experience! Hotel is beautiful. The staff is great, professional and knowledgeable. Kid friendly.
