Great vibe very relaxing best location on north beach

Great location on Playa Norte with pool, beautiful beach, and restaurant.

Nautibeach has it all in my book...nice condo with kitchen,beautiful pool within steps and the magnificent beach is just a few steps more. And also there is a great restaurant on the complex. The whole entire staff is so welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend!!!

One of the older properties however very clean and well kept. Property was in a great location right on the beach as well as walking distance to all of the restaurants and shopping. Mawe at the front desk as well as the rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. One improvement I would suggest is to strengthen the Wi-Fi signal so that all units get service. We would definitely go back and use this property.

Nautibeach is small and cozy, fits well on Isla. The location is perfect on North Beach, walk to town. The staff are uniformly friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ulysses and Mawu! Housekeepers and security always said hello with a smile. We had a 2 bedroom unit. Few have a true ocean view due to high palm trees and a building in front of part of it. Bedrooms were small, but adequate-had cubbies and closet but no dresser. Mattresses hard as a rock! (personal preference here, not mine !) Kitchen was well stocked, the free coffee every morning and 5 gallon bottle of water was a nice touch. You are paying here for location, not luxury! Main complaint was with the tiny bathroom. The shower had no door/curtain, and bathroom got flooded when anyone showered no matter how we turned nozzle! Sink had tiny counter- no room to put toiletries and also got flooded due to angle of faucet! HIGHLY recommend adding some shelves in the bathroom, we were 3 and unit says it accommodates 5! Also door/curtain in shower!

Hotel is located about a 10 min walk from ferry and has a wonderful resturant next to it called mayan beach club, also has a golf cart rental and tour operator place at front of hotel, we stayed her for a wedding and it was excellent!

My husband and I needed to reconnect. This was the best vacation ever. Nothing but relaxing with the one I love.

Other than the iffy wifi, this hotel is perfect! We went down for a wedding with two kids, 7 & 11. The staff was very accommodating and the location was amazing!

Ideal location, right on Playa Norte. Walking distance to Hidalgo Street and great restaurants. The grounds at Nautibeach are immaculate and the beach isn't nearly as crowded as in front of other hotels on Playa Norte. Lounge chairs, umbrellas and small tables provided free on the beach to guests. Although an older property, it has withstood the sands of time quite well. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location on Playa Norte, very nice condo's and the only downside is having 2 Bedrooms and only 1 bath. I would stay here again, good value for the money and the staff and people could not be more friendly.

Nautibeach Hotel is the perfect location on the island. Comfortable amenities and the staff was incredible.

This Condo unit is amazing! It is close to all the restaurants and nightlife you could want as well as shopping. The great thing is if you just want to chill you can have great food at the restaurant or cook in your room if you were so inclined. We met some of the owners and in a short time it felt like we had known each other forever. The staff was super nice no worries about theft. The beach or pool were great. We also got to see three weddings on the beach. Sunsets were amazing. Vendors were not in your face and massages were available also.

Go, It's clean, quite and nice. On the best beach, and the next door restaurant is great.

The hotel's location is perfect, close to restaurants and the beach. . Excellent room. It has everything you need. Stunning views to the pool and the beach (ask for 3rd floor !!!), I saw the most beautiful sunset. Excellent service.

This location is perfect! Walking distance to the main part of town. Staff is exceptional. Room was great. We stayed in #25 & would request the same room again. We took our 9 year old grandson & he loved it. The beach is right there and he would go back in forth from the beach to the pool. Perfect! Only complaint we would have would be the Sunset Grill that is there on the property of Nautibeach Condos but is not owned by them. It took forever to get our food and they seemed in no hurry to notice that we were even there at a table waiting for service. We just went into town in the evenings to get dinner which was great. Have no complaints there. We fixed breakfast & lunch in the condo each day. There is a great grocery store in the middle of the island that has everything that you will need. Also, it's worth renting the golf carts at the office at the condos due to you when you rent them; it is for 24 hours. We would rent it in the afternoon and not have to return it till the next day, which gave us plenty of time to explore the island for that time period. It cost $65 American but well worth it if you want to explore. The grounds were clean & kept up constantly & there was a guard at the gate 24 hours a day. They are more than happy to help you with anything that you need & also set up your chairs & umbrellas on the beach for you. Would not consider staying anywhere else on the island and will be going back next year

The condo was beautifully appointed, well cared for, and attractive. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; they were able to help us arrange a golf cart rental, recommended good restaurants, arranged for a massage on the beach and were generally friendly. Having the Sunset Grill right there makes it a wonderful stay; great food and service.

This hotel is on the north end of the island and has a great beach. Most everything is within walking distance (we walked from the ferry dock to the room, walked to dinners and the shopping and nightlife areas), but did rent a golf cart one day to see more of the island and try some different restaurants. It was fairly quiet when we were there at the end of May, and the restaurant/bar next to is was good, but not open for an early breakfast. The staff was helpful and the maid did a great job cleaning the room each day. However, when it rained, the room started to smell very bad (as did many parts of the city streets). The air conditioner in the room worked awesome. All in all, a great place to just relax and enjoy the pool and/or beach. Not a 5 start hotel, but a great value with lots of nearby things to do.
