Myself and a group of 20 others stayed at Casa Coco for 4 days. It was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and easy to communicate with. The house is absolutely breathtaking and there's plenty of room for a group of 20. My friends and family had so much fun. We went kayaking and paddle-boarding on the property with the provided equipment. Everyone was constantly hanging out in the outdoor lounge spaces and by the pool. We requested breakfast every morning, the food was always fresh and delicious. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and could probably go on all day about how great it was. If you choose to vacation at Casa Coco you will probably have one of the best vacations ever!
This place is magical. Great staff, super location. We enjoyed it so much. Breakfast is top! And private beach 🤗, relaxing area, swimming pool. The staff helps also to let you feel at home. Very service minded. Dennis and Ann from Belgium
I stayed here as part of a women's retreat that used every room, so it was our own private villa--quiet places to sit and reflect by the water or sun by the pool, a rooftop palapa for morning yoga. The gourmet breakfast was different every day, with numerous healthy and yummy choices. The staff was superb. If I come back to Isla, this is where I want to stay.
this stay was just amazing away from the mass tourism, the hotel has just a few cozy rooms, the staff is really kind and helpful, the breakfast ist the best! every day different and just divine! we will definitely come back to paradise! see u soon :)
We really enjoyed our three night stay at Coco B Isla. The staff were incredibly helpful and we were treated to an amazing breakfast each morning. The hotel is out of the main towns on the island which enabled us to fully relax and recharge while it was easy to get to anywhere on the island. Use of kayaks and the stand up paddle boards were fun additions. We will be back and recommend it to anyone!
It’s cliche to list a thesaurus’s worth of superlative adjectives to describe a vacation like the one we had at Casa Coco, but nothing less would do my review justice. My husband and I spent a week in September, 2018 and found the hotel to be exactly as described and shown on their web site and in reviews. 1. The staff couldn’t have been better or more attentive. Hospitable in every way to be sure but the best example I can provide about the level of attention to detail is that one morning, after no more that 10 seconds of rain began falling, a man outside signaled and in less than 15 seconds no fewer than 5 people we outside collecting and bringing in the cushions from the outdoor furniture. It looked as if they must practice this maneuver it was so seamless. And silent. In less than a a minute the drizzle became a torrent and by then everything that needed to be inside was and the members of the staff were back to what they had been doing before. 2. The room was exactly as shown on the web site. In decades of extensive travel, I have never seen a room as well lit as this one. Every corner had a light with its own switch and the wall of windows let in as much natural light as we wished. If nothing else, this speaks to the cleanliness of the room. No speck of dirt or sand could have hidden and there was none to be seen at any time in our week long stay. (Note: The room we had reserved was off the lobby and looked out onto the front driveway. It was fine in all other ways but we chose to upgrade to different room. If this matters to you be sure you ask questions about the location of the room and what’s outside its windows.) 3. The breakfasts. Oh, my, the breakfasts. . . .Elihu is a talented young chef and we were astounded by the quality and variety of his food. They filled our stomachs for the day and we filled our camera with pictures of his food that was presented as beautifully as it was cooked. (Note: There is no other food available on site and no place to buy any within walking distances. I might suggest that the hotel provide a fruitbowl or a few small bags of chips near the self-service bar for late-in-the-day hunger moments.) 4. The pool is large for such a small hotel. The pictures are not misleading. Needless to say it was immaculate at all times. Perfect. 5. The small stairs to the water was fine, but the real beach is down a short path (30 seconds at most) not immediately visible. Picture a archetypal tropical beach, shrink it down a few sizes and make it virtually private. That’s right there on the premises. 6. We still can’t figure out how they manage to have so many distinct and varied outdoor areas in a relatively small property. Landscaping is natural and different every 20 feet. Comfy sofas high over the water, low beanbags under a fluttering fabric, poolside loungers, even a chair/swing. Even if you don’t leave the property you wont lack a variety of places to relax 7. Our only complaint? We would have preferred if the garbage cans in the bathroom had lids. The cans were emptied daily, but when you can’t flush your TP, well. . . . . the lid would have been a simple addition that would have been welcomed. Do consider Casa Coco for your stay. If it’s the type of hotel you want you won’t do better in Isla Mujeres, or likely anyplace else.
We stayed at Casa Coco with 16 of our extended family members. It was like our own private paradise. The 9 bedrooms were beautiful, the pool was awesome and we had our own private beach on a beautiful shoreline. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made our stay so enjoyable. The entire island is wonderful!
Amazing place, amazing staff, amazing island... this is a great place for any event or gathering, highly recommend. We hosted our entire wedding weekend and even our wedding ceremony at this house and the experience was so awesome. Thank you to all who helped at Casa Coco. Highly recommended.
If you want to escape and relax with the best . Stay at Casa Coco. from the magnificent views at every spot to the more than accommodating staff, it cant get any better than here. The entire house is stunning , from the inside out . Its simply paradise .
Me and my girlfriend stayed 2 nights at casa coco during our brief stay on Isla Mujeres and were thoroughly amazed by this little gem of a B&B. Norman the manager made our stay a truly memorable one with his amazing sense of hospitality and the owners Jeffrey and Bridget put all there love in creating excellence for their guests. The breakfast they serve is absolutely amazing and tailored to the dietary preferences of their guests. Furthermore, the location of the property and the beautiful layout of the hotel itself and its rooms leave nothing to be desired. 100% recommended to everyone valuing a peaceful, personal and hospitable experience on the island!
