overall we had a very pleasant stay for three nights. the highligh is the buffet, icecream bar and the burger. food is good and nothing complaint. we had delux ocean view room and the only thing is the restroom is small

Ice cream shop was a nice place to cool off. Didn't like the fact that not every restaurant was kid friendly. I wish this was disclosed beforehand as we were limited where to eat since we couldn't just leave our kids behind. Overall staff were very helpful and tried their best to make you happy (exception being the restaurants with kids).

We enjoyed the drinks, food (pizza snack bar was awesome and the tacos in the snack lagoon were very good). The staff and waiters were very friendly. The only problem we had every single day was we were hounded by workers to take tours and become members. It got to the point that we stopped making eye contact with them as we passed through the lobby! It was that bad. We came to enjoy our vacation, bit get hounded. That made our decision to not return here.

It lacks shows and entertainment. The shows offered were pretty plain.

Not many options available for vegetration food. Had to go out for lunch and snacks few times. Rooms were very small and patio door was broken. There was sea feed everywhere in front of hotel

The service was excellent. The property is beautiful. The rooms were immaculate.

The property was absolutely amazing. I love the layout how open up everything was both pools the big beach exceeded my expectations

Not too crowded. Not enough beach chairs. Food was good, buffet was a little mundane. Italian and Mexican restaurants were good. Marya was an excellent hostess, she remembered us and made us feel welcome at the buffet and Italian restaurants. Loved being able to order breakfast ala carte. Taco bar was awesome, jCarlos at the front desk was also very nice.

I loovvveeedd this resort. The food at the buffet was really good, although they didn’t jabs a large selection. I had an oceanfront room that was beautiful. I also liked how this resort was close to the downtown area.

Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly that’s the extend of the positive side. Furniture in room and lobby,bar are old and not comfortable. Staff constantly trying to sell you an excursion or a timeshare tour even a nightclub. Food in theme restaurants was not tasteful., bland and not very much. By third day we were tired of the buffet. Check in took hours and we were not given the 2 rooms we requested with double beds group of 4 rooms were on different floors.

Staff was friendly and courteous my main complaint was Royal Holiday Vacation Club staff were rude,high pressure and dishonest about the time of presentation and offers they to listen to presentation and didn't give what was offered liars

Clean,safe and friendly staff most spoke English. Beach staff wasn’t as efficient as last year, but somehow we managed...

Property is very pretty. After 10, nothing to do. Although the Italian restaurant was great, the food everywhere else was just ok-it does the job. No store for “emergency” things. Worst thing-dress code. Tattoos needed to be covered up in the restaurants, as well as toes for dinner. You’re at a beach resort, why aren’t sandals acceptable, or tattoos for that matter? Also, the restaurants should just have a wait list instead of reservations because if you somehow get tricked into a “presentation”, (which was almost 5 hours and NOT 90 mins as they promised) the time to reserve has passed. Overall, aesthetically pleasing, but food wasn’t good enough. Wouldn’t stay here again.
