Everything was good

Everything was amazing, the only thing I will say is that I wish y’all had different varieties of food at the restaurants, but other than that, I had an amazing stay. Thank you

Very clean and they had a good plan to manage COVID

This is a beautiful beachfront property. I love that every room has a balcony with an ocean view. Food is good, not great. The meeting as you get there is a scam. After you check in they require you to meet with the concierge but really its a high pressure pitch to attend their vacation club sales. We have been to this resort and have avoided this in the past but this time we thought we would check it out. It was a terrible experience of high pressure sales. We decided to sign up for the introductory 3 year membership and felt that we were lied to about a significant number of things. Overall I would say the hotel is great but avoid the sale pitch breakfast at all costs.

Great property. The service was awesome. Especially Alecia servicing us on the beach and Francisco in the hotel bar as well a his counterpart we called 'Bob' because we couldn't say his name lol. They rock - had a wonderful time! Food was good and property was very clean.

Wonderful resort the only thing if your coming with kids you can only go to the Italian and buffer restaurant

The resort location is good. However, the service was very poor. They have staff all over the resort that are constantly trying to sell you time share. The food was not good, and the facility needs some maintenance. During our last night there, it literally rain inside our bathroom. There was water all over the place, and when we went to report it, they say they will take a look at it, but there was not an apology or anything. It was like a normal thing for them. I would never go back there.

The Kids Club was smaller than i expected. It closed early too. My son asked to go there one evening and it was closed so that was disappointing.

Service was very friendly and staff and foods and room great

I didn't like that they didn't offer more authentic Mexican food. I went to Mexico for the culture and food is 1 of the main experience.

This was the best vacation in Mexico. The hotel stuff, service was excellent. The room was big and cleaning stuff did their job on daily basis very good. The restaurants and buffets always full with varieties of fresh prepared food, and waiters were prompt and friendly. The beach was excellent, clean and big with a lot of activities to make your day pleasant. Will highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Every thing was great. The room was our favorite part. The Tiki bar was staffed with wonderful fun people. Entertain was great. Only complaint I would have is no real nachos..

Great hotel. Food was great staff was amazing and the beach...well best one there!
