Economical and great location in Granada.

Great little hotel for the price close to the main avenue la Sexta, has a shopping center 2 minutes away with drugstores which comes in handy, restaurants and a few cafes including Juan Valdez for that morning fix. Owner is very helpful and staff was really nice!

Better than expected

Very nice hotel, fantastic location, close to everything (malls, city's downtown, restaurants...), friendly staff and comfortable rooms with balcony, delicious breakfast and parking garage. This property is above all expectations for the price you paid. Hot water is a big issue; in my case, no hot water for more than 5 seconds. Needs to be improved, cold showers are not funny specially with an ice cold water like Cali's fresh cold water.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Cuarta Avenida. The hotel staff was beyond helpful, attending immediately to any questions we had. They helped us find locations, places to visit, and made arrangements for us to see different sight around the city.

The water was cold and the water heater only worked for maybe 2 minutes. The air conditioner was loud. The staff was a bit rude as well. A lot of these things might be because I'm used to different standards as an American. Also, they said breakfast was over at 10:30 but when I went downstairs, they told us it was over at 10am. I wouldn't stay here again.

Very spacious in middle of city

The hotel looks just renovated, You don't get just a room, you'll get an appartment, very spacious, if you are luky with view on the street (inclusive the noise). the location is excellent if you like to be on walking distance of restaurants and activities.

Nice hotel at reasonable price.

Located in a very safe area with places of tourist interest; it offers a cozy atmosphere and confortable rooms for reasonable price. The problem with the hot water service tried to solve in the best way. If I return to Cali I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel.

Great place but 4th floor wifi needs fixed

Everything about the room and the place was great. The only issue we had was with the wifi on the 4th floor. We had issues connecting the whole time. However, once connected it was blazing fast. They need to figure out what the issue is with that. Otherwise, this place was great and well worth the price.

Wonderful room in a convenient location but very little amenities to support the facility. There was no wifi nor hot water for the duration of the stay and cleaning of the room was infrequent (the cleaner didn't arrive or came late in the evening).

The staff at this hotel are awesome, in particular Maria Ellena and Shirley. Two gorgeous women that are always smiling and happy to assist. Great location, you won't find much better. Safe area.

Wifi was very bad, did not work most the time, very spotty. Shower was a trickle. Bed was very hard. Missing window in dining area allowed all the cold air from air conditioning to escape, and allowed a lot of noise from outside to enter room. Overall I would give this hotel a 5 out of 10.

GREAT LOCATION!

Very friendly staff, courteous, willing to assist and resolve any issues one might have.. Breakfast good, room was clean; but definitely old school in regards to style, furniture, and hard beds. Can anyone say "UPGRADE"?? One big NEGATIVE note: right across the street from hotel is a restaurant which played its music VERY LOUD and until 4 am!

Suite for a good price

Large clean room with a good kitchen. Very limited hot water and someone had eaten half of one of the chocolates from the minibar and put it back! Overall a nice place for a good price. Not much sights around there but a few good restaurants 5 mins walk away. Breakfast was ok.

too small for a junior suite

Not the best experience at all. our room was in the four floor and there was no elevator, imaging caring your 50 lbs luggage all the way to the top. We have three people in our group and the room have a 3 twin beds, one tiny bathroom with not counter for your personal items, the hot water didn't work or you have to open/close the faucet, like 5 times before you get hot water. our room was facing the street and we hear all the noise for the cars and the music from the club across the street, the beds were hard, the TV was from 30 years ago. There was kitchen with no plates, cups, pots or anything, the cabinets were empty, so you have a kitchen, but can't used. The parking was super small, and you need to be careful how you pull your car, because you are backing up to a busy street.

Great hotel in a good location. Excellent facilities within the apartment itself. Very good value for money.There is a supermarket very close by. The hotel manager speaks good English and will help with arrangements to see the city and any advice needed.Very clean and for a city location a quiet hotel. Would definitely recommend.
