Newly refurbished one bedroom plus office
This home has been recently refurbished and is fully furnished, including laundry, kitchen contents, linens and towels.

There are existing tenants in the basement who are a quiet couple. My preference is to have one or two people maximum, who are also quiet and will respect the tenants below.

There is a backyard deck with patio furniture and barbecue.

The utilities, which are not included in the rent, are separated from those in the basement.

If you are interested in renting my home, please complete the rental application, and provide proof of income. You will be subject to a credit check through Rentfaster.

This location is close to downtown with the C-train a few blocks away, the Foothills Hospital, SAIT, and the TransCanada highway.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
