Staff was excellent room was a little dirty had to ask for towels window would not open very hot in room no heat control no ice machines but front desk would get some for me nothing to serious but a bunch of little things. The TV was not working properly also.

Hotel is quite basic. Needs updating. Walls were paper thin and we could hear all the goings on in the next room as if they were in our room. And of course noisy people partying all through the night. Went to the front desk to ask to change rooms and told no. Not becuase they were full, just they dont do that. Horrible sleep - or lack thereof..

I will commend the staff that check us in last night. At first he put us in a room but our next door neighbor is coughing and hacking, even when windows are closed. I phoned and asked if we could be transferred in a more quieter room. Theo was fast in making decisions and transfered us to another room right away. Excellent service. Much appreciated.
