The ice machines were all down the resteraunt was closed under renos. The phone in my room had no buttons. The cleaning lady was helpful. The room was clean but the thermostate was broken but they brought me a portable heater right away. That worked fine. Thats about it

We had a great stay at Amenida Residences! The location is very convenient — just a 5-minute walk to the CTrain and about 10 minutes from downtown. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need, including a mini fridge, coffee maker, and toiletries. The staff were professional, and my $100 security deposit was refunded within a couple of days without any hassle. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Calgary!

I wish on Expedia website they will indicate that they were doing some renovations we just got an email after we book thru expedia.. toilet seat are very shaky and moving when you seat. Dirty carpet.

We ordered two queen beds for each room but they were only double beds. Felt like that was kind of a rip off but other than that, the hotel is great. I’ll be coming back on my next trip!

It was alright, the bed was comfortable & had nice enough sheets. I bought my own coffee pods because I didn’t like the ones they offered. They were very nice about letting me keep my pet with me & I really appreciated that. Front desk staff were lovely.

It took a while for us to be accommodated in the reception. There is a line with just one employee and a few disgruntled consumers. We went to the room, which is, I believe, on the first floor or basement, after checking in. We immediately lay down on the bed because we were so exhausted from driving. About half an hour later, I noticed a crawl on the ceiling. I looked in the opposite direction and discovered another one. It was disgusting. Because we still had to wait in line to get our issue addressed, we got more upset. Although the staff is kind and accommodating, I can sense her frustration because of the constant crowd. She asked us whether we wanted to transfer after we had complained, and we answered that we would. We had to wait for another room on a higher level that was better than the last one, but I can't remember how long it took.
