Wonderful Service

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in a kitchenette unit. The accommodations were super clean with a large flat screen TV, easy parking and wonderful lighting. It was nice to be able to eat breakfast in our room. Coffee, tea, cookies were provided. The Management truly cared about their guests and provided an extensive list of area attractions. We were very happy with the dinner recommendations for Fusions in Ashcroft. We would stay here again.

Terrible experience with positive outcome

This Inn had such high reviews for Cache Creek BC, certainly not our experience. Upon arrival, we had to go through a locked gate, upon entry to room went to put something in fridge and fridge had not been cleaned out from last guest. Bugs crawling on floor, bugs flying around, ac quit working in middle of night, bed had no box spring it was like sleeping on floor, bedding was dark blue with non matching pillow cases, who can see stains or hair etc on those sheets. Slept in our clothes. Tub/shower this morning didn’t drain, shower curtains had stuff on them. Decided to look through the kitchenette area and that was even more disgusting with a filthy sponge to wash dishes, pot was dirty inside, and cutting board had food and mold on it. Thankfully we were only there passing through. The town is also very sketchy. Upon exiting this am I headed to office to share my experience. At first the manager of the property didn’t seem overly phased by it. I was told to contact hotel.com to get my refund. After two calls between both places, I will say I was refunded my money and the manager left a vm stating he checked the room after we left and apologized for the condition it was in, and offered us a 10%discount for the next time we’d be in town. That will be never but appreciated the call and hotel.com backing their customers up.

Our room contained everything we might need. The inner courtyard and swimming pool are lovely. The manager was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to eat locally. Parking is in a secure area. This was one of our favourite places to stay on our long road trip.

Great place to stay in Cache Creek!!!

Great experience!! Cute place, newly renovated. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We were in the back, super quiet and the parking lot was behind a locked fence where we parked right outside our room, Huge bonus!!!! As people have mentioned Sukh is amazing!! Seriously Sukh is beyond helpful and very welcoming. I believe he should teach a course for others in the hospitality field.

This is an excellent motel property. Sug is excellent at attending to guests. Clean. Interior courtyard with pool. The mattress in room 11 desperately needs replacement which is why I gave it a lower comfort rating. But still way above average for a motel
