Fully furnished with high-speed WiFi, A/C, and a tap water filtration system. Close to beaches, grocery stores, top restaurants, and just 8 minutes to the Marina. Only a 2-minute walk to pickleball courts and several trails. The community clubhouse features a pool, gym and fire pit.



The Space:

Spend your mornings exploring Cabo’s hidden beaches, afternoons sipping margaritas by your rooftop pool, and evenings under the stars with the city lights twinkling below. Whether you’re here for romance, adventure, or pure relaxation, this penthouse is your private Cabo sanctuary.



Guest Access:

The guest will have full access to the entire house, including the private rooftop pool, as well as the community club house infinity pool with gym.

While this building is complete. This development is still under construction. Construction noise could occur from 8 AM to 6 PM days of week and from 8 AM to 1 PM Saturday.

*On site 24/7 there is security.

*The TV in the main bedroom is not available for use. The TV in the living room is available with unlimited channels

The unit was exactly as described. The penthouse was new, clean and nicely furnished. The rooftop dipping pool was enough to cool off after a stay in the sun. Alysia and staff we're very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!
