We found that the room always seemed cold, and the sofa (I think was a sofa-bed) was u comfortable.

no room service until I screamed! Elisha at the front desk was a breath of fresh air!!!

Perfect accomodations. The Suites with the king loft were so spacy and clean. We were SO PLEASED!

Do not recommend. Staff was rude kids hated it. Do not pay to stay here.

Pro's - nice reception staff - location convenient to attractions, Hannfaord's and dining - semi-privacy with loft and open 1st floor bedroom Con's - Last guest's panties were hanging in the shower - Lack of door on 1st floor bedroom - No regular coffee at breakfast buffet - Pictures overstate amenities - one outdoor fireplace out of service and one grill in services. Outdoor seating area is tiny and shaded. - Fitness center is 3 machines and dumb bells.

Was upgraded to a loft unit although didn't need as I was traveling alone. Rooms were huge with immaculate modern furniture. Breakfast was okay.

Due to the fireplace in the room, it smelled a little smoky. Other than that it was a great stay!

Pleasant staff. Pleasant stay. Nice location. Just not extremely clean and room service is very basic.

I cannot conceive of how this hotel has an avg 4.1 rating. It's TERRIBLE. Dirty, uncomfortable, weird layout, and VERY old and tired looking. Stayed here because of the Sonesta name - I guess they must have bought it and haven't refurbished it yet. Do not stay here.

We had a great stay but the rooms and buildings need to be freshened up. Or the price should come down.

The accommodations were great. The location, staff and access to local shops and I-89 were all pluses. I would have liked my pillow to be a bit harder and the couch could be a bit more comfortable.

Great staff!!! The room was cleaned quickly and without inconvenience. Really good breakfast.

The hotel was good for our needs to stay one night in Burlington.

We really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean and all the staff was very friendly. We needed extra blankets and our need was immediately taken care of. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is a great dependable hotel. We came in after midnight and the staff ready and polite. The room is very comfortable and clean. The pool is immaculate. The only reason it is not a 5 star is the aging of the stairs and some parts of the buildings, but the staff is superb.

Location is quiet and the rooms are not attached to a hallway. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was all we could ask for and even though crowded, the cook kept the food coming. The pool was very busy. A time for adults would be nice. Lots of bigger kids jumping into the pool was not fun. Even though the no diving sign is clearly posted the staff does not enforce it. That is my only complaint as we came here specifically to use the pool. The rest of the stay was great and I would come again.

With a family of five including three teenage boys we were looking for a clean room with plenty of space. When searching on the internet this was the only hotel in the area that offered a two bedroom two full bathroom option. It felt like we were in an apartment and not a hotel. It also had a full kitchen with everything you would need as well as a dining area and a living room with a pull out couch. They had a basketball court fitness area and a small indoor pool. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of breakfast foods. We utilized the room service which was reasonably priced. Overall positive experience. The only negative was we could not watch the Bruins game in our room.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were generally courteous and the location (next to I-89 and Route 2) is convenient. On the negative side, we had a wasp infestation in our suite's fireplace upon arrival and the housekeeping staff came early 2 nights (before 9am) and late one other night (after 5pm). The room was not as clean as we expected it to be on check-in. The pull-out couch worked well for our toddler but we had to muscle it around in the room for it to fit next to the TV stand. Overall, we would use this hotel again, but probably would not reccomend to our friends and family.

This hotel was great. Convenient location, friendly staff. The room was large and clean. I would highly recommend.

Staff was friendly, helpful and responsive Great location Breakfast had a great spread Clean; great shower Fitness Ctr.-under repair at the moment
