We stayed at a different hotel the night before and we weren’t happy with it so we chose to stay at a Marriott the next night because I’ve stayed in Marriotts many times before and they never disappoint. I had my two kids with me and was assured the hotel was following all proper covid guidelines and sanitation precautions. When we got into the room we found someone’s old pizza in a box, and old milk. Cleary they did not do a thorough clean, which is incredibly disappointing in the face of the coronavirus. When we called down to the lobby, they said sorry but didn’t have any other rooms available. We also mentioned it to the staff upon leaving and they didn’t seem to care.

Great shower and liked the sink outside the shower area so two people could easily get ready. Wonderful location, near everything. The one improvement I would suggest is better lighting at the turn into the Hotel parking lot. You can’t see it at all.

Extremely friendly staff; offered to change my room if it didn't meet my needs. Quiet and comfortable with a great breakfast.

Had to request a change in rooms as first bathroom had a powerful odor. Staff was happy to oblige.

This hotel is close to the Burlington Airport, places to eat and shopping. The staff is helpful and friendly to their guests. Cathy at the front desk is outstanding and goes above and beyond. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet. Great place to stay while visiting the Burlington area.

Ariel was able to get me checked in two hours early.

We stayed here in October. Line of 6 to check in on a Saturday at 5pm. Elevators did not work. The room was nice, but the staff was out smoking when I wanted to check out. At over $200/room I expected more.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
