6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Location is great, but parking needs to get resolved. On street parking is limited to 2 hours during the day on one side and one hour on the other. But the city does not seem to be actively enforcing. Since most guests would be driving in and picking the downtown location so they can walk everywhere, the host needs to be much clearer about parking or find an alternative for guests.

8/10 Good

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Everything was good other than parking availability; which the host doesn't have control over. Street parking only in very heavily populated area. Location was convenient to many dining options and apartment was clean and comfortable.
