Charming River Front Cottage Retreat
Welcome to our beautiful river front cottage! Nestled along the scenic Niagara River and located directly across the Niawanda Park and bike path in the City of Tonawanda. This cute cottage was designed for you and your family to unwind. It is centrally located next to ice cream parlors, restaurants with live music during the warm season. Fire works is right in front of the house during the 4th of July!
The entire cottage is newly remolded. Three bedrooms, a third floor attic, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, and a finished basement with kids entertainment are designed to accommodates family up to 12 guests.
Niagara Falls State Park is only 10-15 minutes a way!
The cottage is air-conditioned and features 2.5 bathrooms and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

If you want to enjoy a peaceful stay with a Niagara Riverfront view and quick access to either Buffalo or Niagara Falls destinations then this is a must stay! The home decor is both exquisite and impeccably clean with your every need met and all communication with the host was rapidly responsive. Check in and out was easy and the kitchen and entire home is well stocked. I was born and raised in North Tonawanda and I brought my clan of 10 from the PNW to celebrate my 70th birthday. I wanted my grandchildren to experience some of my same cherished childhood memories and this riverviewcottage was the perfect home. We will definitely return! A more than 5 star rating! Thank you for sharing your home!
